I took it home and when I assembled my model , it turned out one of the components was damaged (near the wires that were soldered) It cost $50 for a new one and they said that they weren't at fault and turned me down. The employee near me was coughing and blowing her nose and placed the tissue in her pocket. I felt this was very unsanitary, especially since she was stocking items and touching them with unclean hands. I was immediately frustrated and uncomfortable and left within two minutes of arriving. I found the email that matched the voucher in my "wallet" on my phone. I went back in and tried again. The voucher wasn't working and I couldn't download the app to show my history since I didn't have service. I was overwhelmed and just started crying. The manager was empathetic and worked out the voucher issue. Grateful for both women being compassionate and not getting mad at me for being overstimulated.
