My experience with Factory Flooring Liquidators is awesome, from the beginning to end. They have many selections at the showroom and their price are very reasonable. They complete a second floor with 16 stairs in 1.5 days. I am very pleased.

Flooring prices were very reasonable, timeliness of installation and customer service not so much. Subcontractor called me and delayed installation, then doesn't show up at specified time nor return follow-up calls from me or Factory Flooring Liquidators. My suggestion is to follow-up with contractors and customers to find out that everybody is doing what they're paid to do and that the customer is happy and not inconvenienced. Calls to this store also were not returned in a timely and responsive manner. Hopefully, I can go back on Yelp and update this review with a positive resolution. Almost 2 years later, scheduled flooring installation of last living area. Was lucky that flooring we originally choose was very popular and still in stock! Set up installation and on that day as historically reviewed, installers were again late. No call from store to check with customer if installers had arrived. Attempts to call store were unsuccessful as phone went unanswered. No answering service was set up. Customer service is sorely missing

We had our bedroom carpet taken out and replaced with engineered hardwood by factory flooring liquidators. We had a great experience with this company! They came to look at our current floor that we were trying to match and then showed us several options within the store. We were impressed with all the options they had! They also scheduled to install the same week that we visited the store making the process a lot quicker than we had anticipated. The pricing was great and extremely reasonable! The installation was so quick and efficient and they did such a beautiful job! We can't say enough good things about this company! Would 100 percent recommend them!

I just bought a house a month ago and immediately knew I wanted wood floors done (1100 SQFEET). I got 2-3 names from friends and also found Marin and FFL on yelp. I went to showroom and talked with his associate who was very helpful from the get go. Then I had Marin come out and do an estimate. All 3 other people I called- 2 of them had terrible communication. 1 was 30% higher priced and not as customer friendly as Marin. install: I predicted about 3-5 days. In all honesty it only took one. and I know for sure it was 100% done right (concrete leveling etc). I wasn't In a rush so honestly it took 3 just for finishing touches and clean up but I was shocked to come at 8pm end of day one and see it all done. Long story short: If I could give Marin and his team 10 stars I would. Cust service, price, quality. is all amazing and above my expectations. I will definatet be calling him again and sending anyone I know to him!!!! Thank you!!!

I recently had engineered wood floors installed by FFL. I am blown away by their customer service and professional installation. After contemplating for months ( and 8 bids) as what product to use , Marin helped me choose the right one and I couldn't be happier. We had to have 800 sq ft of ugly Saltillo tile removed and I was dreading it so bad. The morning they started my husband would update me with photos during the day. Gilberto and his helper had it all up and bagged and gone by the time I got home from work. They even had the leveler poured and the floor was walkable. The next day the wood was laid. The 3rd day the stairs were done and all new baseboards were installed. It was the most painless experience ever! My floors are absolutely gorgeous and I will recommend FFL to everyone I talk to. Thank you Marin and Gilberto, y'all are awesome!

Called and made an appt. Marvin came out to give me a quote the next day which he said he would send to me that day or he next. 4 days later I called and asked if he would send the quote today which I didn't get it til the next day. After trying to schedule for 2 weeks he said the estimate may have been wrong and never got back with me. Needless to say I read between the lines. If this was any indication of the service I was going739933 to get then I'll pass. read more

We found Marin through yelp and he did an amazing job! He gave us a $2/sq. foot installation price. We found the wood elsewhere because we already had wood in the house and we wanted the wood to be continuous and seamless. However he had a very similar wood for a cheaper price. Not only is Marin nice and accommodating but his work is very clean and excellent. He really does believe in customer service and provides a 2 year warranty on the installation. read more

We were looking for handscraped look on laminate in good quality and affordable prices. We found it here at Factory Flooring Liquidators. Ovi was the one helping us while Marin was away to Europe. He was very helpful and made sure that we like what we picked. Even let us take pieces home so we could try it. When we purchased it, Ovi was very nice to deliver it to our home himself. Overall, we liked their product and we definitely recommend buying here because of their excellent customer service. AND, Ovi is also a composer for Christian music. We had hardwood installed in 3 rooms the week after Christmas. I called a lot of flooring places in DFW and even went to several to look at their selection but their prices was so much higher than FFL. When I went to FFL showroom, Ovi was very helpful, he brought many different boxes of wood out from the warehouse and put them on the floor to help me narrow down my choices. He even offered to let me take some samples home and put it in each room to really see how it would look-what a great idea it was!! because when I took it home, depending on the lighting in each room it made a huge difference in my selection, the lighting in the showroom is brighter but at home it looked so much darker....so be careful when selecting. After deciding to go with FFL, Marin came to my home took measurement for the 3 rooms and gave me a written quote. We schedule installation the week after Christmas, the installers (Gilbert & Jesus) came early and they got started right away. I had existing wood in one of the room so it took them more than half of the first day to work on that, the installation was much quicker after that. They installed the 3 rooms in 2 days. It transformed the rooms, so beautiful. The job was done in a timely and efficient manner. My husband and I was very pleased. We would highly recommend TTL to our family and friends. read more

We stopped in and were VERY impressed with what we saw and Marin's great customer service (he stayed late to help us). We ended up ordering floors that night! We have been searching around for a while for affordable good quality wood floor for my house remodeling project. After I have seen reviews for FFL on yelp. I decided that we probably could check this out. 10 minutes after we were in FFL, I know our searching will end here. There are so many varieties on display to choose from. They all look nice and the price for material and installation are both reasonable to us. We talked to the owner Marin, he went to do the measurement in our house right away. We felt like he is a honest businessman with integrity and customer satisfaction mindset, easy to work with. Yelp review has once again proved they were genuine and helpful. They told me they would send someone out to take measurements the following day, but never called me back to tell me when. That threw off our schedule, and I had to be the one to follow up with them the next morning asking if anyone was coming. They said they left early for the day, so they forget to follow up with me... We scheduled for the following day, and the guy that came out was over 30 minutes late, which made me run late for my work meeting. They advertise granite starting at $35/square foot with install and materials, which would have meant my countertops should have been around $3,150.00, but they ended up quoting me over $7,000.00! I told them I just needed something basic as we were planning on selling the house. I asked what happened with the drastic price difference, and they sent me pictures of the granite they had for $35/square foot, which were hideous and would clash with our island. I told them so, and they never responded with any alternative. Also, I'm not fond of doing everything by text if I'm spending $7,000.00. I guess I'll be using a different company.

Scott from AA Granite was available to me in phone conversations, and in texts. The first time we talked on the phone, and before I asked for an estimate, Scott answered a long list of questions I had. He helped me understand everything I had been puzzling over. And he continued to advise me after we had placed the deposit, and all the way through the project. The person who came by to measure went over the measurements twice with me and helped me understand my final choices for edging and backsplash. Whoever planned the layout from our slab, made a beautiful artistic choice -- centering some of the subtle vein work in the slab to fall between the two sinks. Guys doing the install-- terrific work. And the guys coming by to drop off some of our extra slab were great & easy to work with too. I definitely recommend using AA Granite!

My husband and I recently had to make an emergency trip from Charlotte, NC to Fate, TX to assess the floor damage of my elderly mother's house because of a faulty hot water heater that had burst while she was away. Since the hot water heater was centrally located in the house, the water damage was quite extensive. Being so far away, we were at the mercy of last minute online reviews. We contacted Factory Flooring Liquidators in Carrollton, TX and, before our plane even landed at DFW, Marin and his folks were already at my mother's house and working with Mom's insurance company. Because of my mom's advanced age, and the fact that the situation couldn't have come at a worse time for us schedule wise, we were expecting a most unpleasant ordeal. Once we met Marin, however, and saw his high level of compassion and integrity, we knew that we were in good hands. The professionalism of Factory Flooring Liquidators was above reproach as they effected a seamless transition from the old and damaged to the beautifully new. We had been contemplating new floors for quite some time but had no idea where to begin or even who to begin with. Since we live outside of Killeen, TX, it was either make contact with a floor dealer in Austin or the Dallas area. Some friends of ours in Rockwall had used Factory Flooring Liquidators in Carrollton for a project and highly recommended them. The owner, Marin, met with us in our home and patiently guided us through our different options. Even though Factory Flooring Liquidators had a huge selection of solid and engineered hardwood, we finally settled on a porcelain tile that Marin explained was available for the first time in the US from the Cessantoni manufacturer in Mexico. We got such a deal on our gorgeous, quality porcelain at factory-direct pricing that was even delivered the next day! We happened into FFL on our way to a competitor with a larger advertising budget. We immediately loved the selection of 12mm laminates as well as real hardwoods. Since we were prepping our house to sell, we wanted a laminate at less than $2 a sf and found it here. In our case, we did the work ourselves. Everything was delivered as promised and the extra, unopened box, was returned with great ease. We did go down the street to the competition but were unable to find anything as good as the product here for the price. read more
