I am truly disappointed with this hair salon. I saw photos online of beautiful haircuts they had done for children, so I brought my son there. To my surprise, a woman who clearly didn't know what she was doing handled his hair; the cut was uneven and lopsided--nothing like the pictures I had seen. Decent barbershop. It depends on who you get. There are times when there is a language barrier between you and the person cutting your hair which makes it hard to get what you want. My biggest issue is that they don't honor the appointments you make online. Sometimes I'm time crunched, make an appointment on their website, show up early and I am treated like a normal walk in. Why allow appointments to be made if you are going to honor them? I would prefer to be a walk in elsewhere. Usually I come here and get my haircut by Harry. He does a great job with the fade and I think it's one of the best places I've been to in Westminster. This place is decent I been going to for years They really take their time ( a good thing) Better than average cuts with consistent quality. Time management is a huge issue for me. Kenny will not respect your time. I was waiting there 30 minutes without any acknowledgement. In total 45 minutes wait time without an appointment but the issue was kenny DID NOT want to service me and would rather gossip with his female coworker. First time at Fade It this past Friday. I loved it. I wish I could remember the name of my Barber. But it was a younger-looking man. I think he was about to take a break, but right away he said he'd help me. He asked what I wanted; I said two things: mid skin fade, and trim the top to a comb over. Guess what he did! A mid skin fade, and trimmed the top to a comb over. That wasn't the most impressive part, though. I've a "test" whenever I need a new barber: this pesky, unruly, weird corner. I don't like it. No one likes it. But this guy just handled it PERFECTLY. The corner is well cut. It's manageable. I love my haircut. Now, I don't really leave reviews. But the barber-client relationship should be considered sacred. And I think I found my new place! From the outside this barber shop might not look like much but don't let appearances fool you. It is a hidden masterpiece. I have been coming here for years and Ann is my go to. She is a perfectionist who knows her craft and for someone with thick hair like mine that is priceless. Most places struggle with clippers that pull or snag but not here. They keep their blades sharp and the attention to detail is unmatched. The air pressure blowers they use to clear away stray hairs are a game changer. I've been here before and I had the older guy cut my hair. I walked in today, and went with the girl I waited for awhile. But I showed her what I wanted and she really didn't do what I wanted and when I noticed what she was doing. I asked what haircut would look good on me? Because obviously, she wasn't doing what I had shown her. She also cut me on the side, all she said was, "it will be better next time" After the haircut I was paying. Obviously I wasn't going to tip due to the fact she didn't do what I asked and she kept cutting me. Then she proceeds to ask for a tip. Then she asks again. I tipped her but if the employees are going to expect a tip even after doing a horrible job. They should take the signage away that says "tips not required but appreciated" Point of this review. That staff here is absolutely awesome! Walked in as a party of three without an appointment and they were able to take us with a very minimal wait time. Each person tried a different barber and with three different styles each person delivered beautifully and it was quick. I would not return here. Brought my kiddo for a haircut. Lucy is nice and skilled so I have no complaints except it took her over 30 mins to just cut my sons hair. My complaint is that the shop is filthy like unclean. My son came down with a really bad cold/illness the next day. She had used that air pressure thing, and sprayed it inside his mask before I could stop her. I really regret giving a business a review like this but Kenny is not clueless his shop looks like this. During our haircut another stylist started singing very loudly in the corner and it was simply ODD. The a/c was dripping water outside and there's hair EVERYWHERE. I wish I just turned around and went home. One positive is that it's easy to use their booking app. But $30 for a kids haircut in this environment. No way. Avoid. read more

Here, I was introduced to Henry who cuts my hair perfectly every time. He works really quickly, maybe for about 20-30 minutes, he gets the job done. He's one of the fastest and most efficient barbers I've ever had. He always leaves me feeling happier about myself after every haircut, and that's why I always come back. It's awesome too because if you download the app: Booksy, you'll be able to set up an appointment with not only Henry, but the other barbers in the shop as well. You can see the set times, dates, and prices for different cuts and shaves that they offer. They also only accept cash, but fortunately there is a liquor store down the street that has an ATM. Parking is super easy. I'm super reluctant to let anyone touch my hair as I've had the same barber for 20 + years - but he took an Exec job in Vegas, and so I decided to go in. Met a gentleman named Timmy Cutts. Very, very cool. Super professional, kind, and most importantly - knows his ish. I showed him a couple of pics of me and asked him to copy that. He washed my hair and gave me a skin fade that was amazing! I have been going to him for 3 + yrs now and get major compliments on my haircuts every time! The one barbershop I usually frequent were closed on Monday. First time walking into this barbershop and reviews said to get Lucy, the lady in the back. I come in with my hair a mess. I've been coming here for the last 2 years or so, consistently booking an appointment with Henry. He cuts great and is consistent. However, after my recent experience with him I will not be coming back here. I booked an appointment for 11:30-12:00 on 5/12 and arrived at 11:25. Henry acknowledged me as I walked in and understandably did not finish cutting the customer's hair until 11:45. Once done with that customer, he accepted another customer even though my appointment time had passed and he was aware that I was waiting. I had to leave due to other obligations; I put it behind me and scheduled an appointment for 5/16 12:00-12:30. On 5/16 I arrived at 11:55, it was empty, and Henry took me in right away. I got my haircut and paid $25 ($5 extra for appointment) but did not tip due to the inconvenience caused by Henry on Friday. I got into my car and was about to pull out but saw Henry come out of the barber shop and walk to my car. I rolled down my window and he said "You booked appointment with me but did not tip, do not book with me again". I replied saying "I tried to book with you last Friday but you took someone in front of me, even after my appointment time had passed". He said "I know, sometimes things happen, don't book with me again" and walked back inside before I could explain anything else. tldr; I booked an appointment but Henry didn't honor it. I didn't tip the next time I saw him (for missing the original appointment) so he followed me to my car to tell me to not book appointments with him anymore. I will not be coming back here. An employee followed me to my car and made me feel uncomfortable. Don't expect appointments to be honored and tips seem to be mandatory. read more

My husband and his brother have been coming to see Kenny, Henry and Mai for years now. Our son was getting to the age of needing his first REAL cut. Kenny did an amazing job the first time. My son was terrified and hardly sat still in my husbands lap. It was amazing to see how accurate and quick Kenny was with his scissors! He was also extremely mindful of any sudden movements my son made and would quickly pull the scissors away. I walked into Fade It without an appointment and waited for about 15 minutes. It was my first time at this place, and I was in desperate need of a fresh fade that day because my original barber had an emergency. I'd heard great things about Kenny, but he was fully booked for the day. Instead, a woman gave me a fade and line-up.
