Not a great 1st experience I wait 2 weeks for an appointment for a fade and a get my beard straight. Arrived and haircut went well. Except for the multiple screaming kids getting children cuts. Beard trim then the barber tells me we're done. Im ask if I can add the hot towel that I thought I signed up for. Even offered to pay double. They refused and sent me away. Seems like you could have added the remainder of the service after you had yo explain even how the ordering process works What a shame I explained to the barber that i was lookomg for a new spot to come in and spend $100 every other week ..but I won't be coming back Their scheduling is a mess Prob not the high end barber shop yall looking for. Came to get my son's first haircut. Tip - make an appointment!!! We had an appointment at 1 on a Saturday and still had to wait past our scheduled time because they were so busy. The staff and clientele were super friendly. Our 11 month old baby screamed the entire session and, being first time parents, we felt helpless. But they were quick and super friendly. Stumbled across this place while visiting in the area, saw the solid reviews & liked the vibe of the place when entering, so decided to give it a try. Ashley was superb in her skill & attention to detail. She did an excellent job in getting me to express what I wanted in the rather extreme cut and worked confidently (& rather patiently) to layer my hair without rushing. Been wanting to try this place out for a cut as they have reasonable prices and the vibe looks chill. Went ahead and booked an appointment online with Tran Vu as he had some availability for my same day appointment. I'm glad I did as he got booked up right after I locked my time in. Tran did a great job as I explained to him what I wanted and then while cutting he would check in to make sure we're both on the same page. I had a few adjustments as I wanted the top a bit shorter and it was no problem for him! He also made really good suggestions on what style would fit my face shape. Would high key book again and he'll probably be my regular barber from here on out! read more

I've been going to Jackie since November 2024 after seeing a bunch of great reviews -- and I totally get why people love her. I came in wanting to change things up from my usual kind of shaggy look, and she really took the time to figure out what would work for me. She listened, gave great input, and talked me through what she was doing, which made me feel super comfortable. The cut she gave me was stylish, easy to manage, and had a really clean, put-together feel without being high-maintenance. I went to Andy's Cuts and got my hair done by a barber named Tran. He has cut my hair several times and also permed my hair two times. The first perm turned out great and really curly, just like I wanted. The second time, it wasn't curly enough, but Tran didn't hesitate to help fix it. He was super nice about it and made sure I was happy with the results. He communicates really well, is very skilled, and has a good eye for hair. He's also very friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend Tran if you want someone who cares about doing a great job! I have asked him many questions outside of the shop regarding styling, tips, etc. and he has always been willing to help! Last, the overall vibe of this shop is chill and very comfortable. Clean clean clean! The last thing you want to see is a dirty barber shop. Andy's cuts is a very clean, modern barbershop that is my go-to spot for all of my grooming needs. I use Hoang. He is able to handle my unique texture of hair; I am half black and half white so my hair is not totally nappy but extremely curly. Hoang is able to get me looking good with a clean bald taper and crispy line up every time. Highly recommend. Hoang had me looking fresh even on my wedding day! read more

My usual barber wasn't available and I needed a trim badly so I came to the shop with no appointment. I was immediately seen by Marc. I had a vague idea of what I wanted but nothing concrete, I just gave him a few parameters to work with and kind of trusting him to do whatever he thinks would look good. And he got me looking so fresh at the end! Marc was super chill and easy to talk to, as well as being a great barber. Tran's the man! Anyone with asian hair knows how fussy it can be. I've tried out many barbers in OC, and I'd yet to find someone who could cut my hair to my liking...until I came to Andy's Cuts and met Tran. He knew exactly what style looked right on me (I usually get nervous when barbers say that), and showcased his skills from the first cut. Not only is he impressive, but super friendly too! I'm a picky person, and he makes sure you're comfortable with your cut before you leave his chair. Very accommodating and friendly! He's made a loyal customer out of me, and he'll do the same for you. Whenever I want to try something new, he always carefully takes the time to make sure it's something that will work with my head shape/ hair texture. Sitting in his chair makes me feel at home. Went in for a standard men's haircut. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. The vibe overall is nothing too exciting outside of a basic non-chain barber shop with faded haircut style photos to on the wall. Price was great compared to most but had issues with the air compressor they use to blow cut hair away. Many times they used it near my ear causing discomfort and irritating my hearing. Make sure to ask them to not use the air compressor RIGHT next to your ear. read more

Awe - my little kido really liked his haircut here. It was cut by Jackie (I believe!). She is really good with him and took very good care of his cut - he looked quite handsome. I sat and soaked in the cool hip vibe of the place. The unique Car Wash Air compressors, the hip music they played, just decor is pretty cool. They have a dedicated parking lot so it's very easy to get here. I think I would come back if my son wanted a neat haircut, not just a buzz cut like he got this time.
