I did not want to be rude, so I thought to myself "okay, let's give her a shot". To make it a long story short, not close. Showed her a reference photo, asked for a little off the top, 2 on the sides, and a taper on the back. Online- says $35- I get told my haircut is $45 because it varies per barber so * be warned * for a haircut that was under 30 minutes. The low taper on the back was good. I normally don't leave bad reviews, I had to download Yelp to leave this here. I'm pretty frustrated because I look uneven from the front, my sides are different, and I had to pay 50 after tip for a mid cut. Actually, I'm pretty pissed.

More importantly (at least to me) is that unlike nearly every other competitor in the area, Brian has decided to jump into the 21st century and provides for online booking. While this is a seemingly small and obvious detail, it's very uncommon, yet incredibly valuable for the vast majority of us who work M-F between 9-5 and don't have the time to sit for hours in a waiting room on our weekends. I also have a young, rambunctious toddler who is regularly in need of haircuts but most kid places book up and I have to schedule way in advance and they are way too expensive so I asked my husband if Brian would be willing to cut our son's hair. He was totally up to the task and my little boy came home looking very dapper yesterday for $12!!! We are going to be loyal customers.

My wife saw some customers coming out of this shop and liked their haircuts. After telling me about the shop I decided to come in and get a haircut. My barber's name is Chris. He is friendly, professional, and gives great haircuts! He really listens to what you want and makes sure you are pleased. He will make an appointment for you or take you as a walk in. I have gotten my hair cut at this barbershop (FADEMASTERS II) for almost three years now. The barber I go to is Jesus. In my opinion, I believe Jesus is one of the best barbers in the shop. Every time I get my hair cut, it's a pleasant experience. Judging by the way he cuts hair, it can be concluded that Jesus takes his job very seriously and only wants you (the customer) to look their best. They took both of my children as walk-ins. My son received a fro hawk that was exactly what I wanted. My daughter came in with a "dad cut" undercut. Andres not only fixed it but gave her a badass design. I wasn't excited for her to have an undercut but now I'm loving the fact that she can get cool designs in the back. We used to live in Carrollwood, but now reside in Ruskin. It's worth the drive to know I won't be disappointed. We'll be back in a few weeks!! read more
