Sweet what a deal! Not sure how much longer are these deals but definitely worth checking it out and supporting these deals. I have been here for a long time and have found it a bit expensive especially when there are other bubble tea places in the fois court.

I really like going to this bubble tea spot because it's never really busy and it's so easy to get here with tons of parking (since it's inside the melodramatic Lansdowne mall). The service is quick and sweet. The pearls are always chewy and sweet. But beware if you come near closing time because I've left disappointed with the statement "We're out of pearls" running through my sad, pearl-less head. Overall, the drink flavour choices are the usual as any other place, but they still taste great. I come here for the honey milk tea because they put extra honey in it, making it sweeter and richer in flavour. Remember to upgrade to a jumbo for only $1! Drink-up before you drive, because it definitely won't fit in normal car cup holders.

Pretty tasty. They have many options of teas and pearls such as mini pearls and bursting pearls. So many flavours so many options.

(At 4:25 pm today) The staff at this location need a lesson on how to be have respect. I felt racially profiled entering this shop. I was glared at & basically denied service. They also laughed in my friends face when she asked a simple question. Honestly people should stop going to this shop , fresh elements is just steps away. Where the customer service is 10000 times better.

Counter staff are of few words - no Chatty Cathy's here. Each time we've been there has only been a counter person and a person making the drinks. Drinks are always incredible with a satisfying amount of pearls. Today I tried the Mango coconut milk (hello heaven!) and my boyfriend had the lemon ginger black tea (incredibly sweet!).

    Regular milk tea with pearls.

I tried their regular milk tea with pearls. The milk tea tastes great, but the pearls are a little bit too hard and not sweet enough. Their service is super fast anyway. The place is clean and comfortable too.

They opened a new place at Richmond Center that is way more convenient for me because I live near Richmond Center than Lansdowne.

The teapots were, as is industry standard, a little flimsy, but with enough care they worked well and i had warm tea throughout the meal. I had time to appreciate the freshly painted furniture, the cozy hanging lighting, and the cleanliness of both the table, silverware, and washrooms. The paintings were very nice! The kind of facilities you'd come to expect walking in. The service was excellent, our server was cheerful and kind. While I didn't have silverware intitially, I was still in a yolking mood, it didn't bother me in the slightest, The tables were preset, so really, it isn't a fault of theirs. Our server was attentive and careful, and we felt welcome. It felt easy to come out of my shell. The food was incredible, and made my morning. I ended up finishing my friends' plates! We all got benedict, the avocado, shrimp, and duck. Having tried them all, i would most recommend the duck. It was incredibly tender and the sauce worked well with the holliandaise. The shrimp was delicious, the fish paste took well, though the shrimp were a bit chewy and difficult to cut. I had been craving an eggs benedict, so i came to the professionals. Despite their reputation, they still exceeded my eggspectations! Five Stars.

Friendly staff, tons of parking (as connected to a hotel), close enough to access from the bigger road without a lot of effort, decently priced brunch (which I think is hard to find in any of the greater Vancouver areas) & lots of different table sizes. I especially appreciated the waitress seating me at a place I requested (so my cane wouldn't be an issue for safety to others trying to get to tables or even serve me). Bathroom was large & easy to access, even though it's all the way at the back of the restaurant. Lots of natural light from the big windows & it was nice for those of us seated along the sunnier side to be able to adjust the blinds ourselves. I also was impressed with how the noise didn't bother me on such a large place. I know it wasn't nearly anywhere near full capacity while I was leisurely enjoying my meal there, but still enough people (and families with younger kids) to know how sound would carry.

The walls are decorated with pictures from Europe and the teacups are very "British." Besides scone and tea, you can get regular food here as well such as fries, salt & pepper chicken, and radish cake to name just a few. You can also get cold drinks like juice & bubble tea, and bubble tea drinks here too. So...not your typical British style Afternoon Tea joint. Kind of half restaurant, half tea place. My friend had a pot of Leisure Fresh Fruit tea and a scone. We'd already had lunch a bit earlier and while my friend had room for a scone, I had zero room in my stomach for any food so I just had a pot of Longan Red Date tea. It was a cold day so a pot of hot tea really hit the spot. I thought it a bit pricy at first, but when the tea came, I saw that the teabags were Fortnum & Mason teabags. That is a very a prestigious company from all the way over in England. When I realized we were drinking Fortnum & Mason tea, all of a sudden $10.25 didn't seem so extravagant any more. My friend said her scone seemed like more of a biscuit than a scone. It came with butter and jam. I think she wished there had been some clotted cream to go with it. I can't say too much about the food as I only had one pot of tea but I was impressed that it was Fortnum & Mason tea, and I very much enjoyed the flavor of the Longan & Red Dates in my tea.
