I've asked if they have vegan milk options and the answer was "no" , well I've found in menu coconut mango slush and it does taste great , lots of pearls and they are small , not as firm as boba which is fine with me. I go here once in awhile when I'm shopping at Lansdowne. I've previously tried their milk tea and sesame milk tea, and they were great. I got Sri Lankan iced lemon tea for $2.50 and it was a good deal. It tasted citrusy and yummy. I can never find this deal anywhere else. Hopefully I can try other flavours next time I'm at Aberdeen. read more

I really like going to this bubble tea spot because it's never really busy and it's so easy to get here with tons of parking (since it's inside the melodramatic Lansdowne mall). The service is quick and sweet. The pearls are always chewy and sweet. But beware if you come near closing time because I've left disappointed with the statement "We're out of pearls" running through my sad, pearl-less head. Overall, the drink flavour choices are the usual as any other place, but they still taste great. I come here for the honey milk tea because they put extra honey in it, making it sweeter and richer in flavour. Remember to upgrade to a jumbo for only $1! Located within Lansdowne Mall, this is a small BBT place that is perfect when I am in that area and am craving for some BBT. I like it here because you can 'upsize' your drink for $1. It literally comes in a jumbo cup that you can probably share between 2 people. They have a wide selection of slushes, bbt, and fresh fruit drinks. My favourite drink here is still the matcha slush. The flavour of this drink is not consistent though-sometimes it's perfect, sometimes it's just too much ice, making it lacking in flavour. Prices here are cheap- you can get a regular pearl milk tea for $3, and of course add $0.50 for pearls/coconut jelly, etc. Their fresh fruit slushes are also quite good, lots of choices to choose from, and never too sweet. Mini tapioca pearls: what more needs to be said? As it was my first time stopping by, I went the safe route and had honey green milk tea with mini pearls (of course). I was super excited to see mini pearls on the menu since they're seldom found in other bubble tea places,a bonus if they were even soft, chewy pearls. Thankfully, I was not disappointed. The milk tea was just the right amount of sweetness (I also ordered it half-sweet by the way) and creaminess, with a tea flavor still lingering after each sip to balance out the sugar. This place is located in Lansdowne, near the entrance near Earls! The shop is small, and has a section selling some tea and different knicknacks. Their bubble tea menu is pretty generic. However, I love how they have small tapioca pearls too, because not a lot of places have them! I got a Caramel Milk tea! This is for Richond Centre Fairbee. I used to like this place but the quality has gone downhill fast. My favorite is the Mango coconut slush with lychee juicy pearls. It's the most expensive drink but it used to be so good. Two weeks ago I ordered it and they were out of the juicy pearls. Nvm I got it anyway to go and later discovered they ripped me off and didn't include the bits of mango. Yesterday I ordered it again and out of lychee pearls again so i got the strawberry pearls. Also asked for half sweet. I got the drink full sugar and the mango bits missing again. I told the girl and she said they were out of the mango. I told her if the mango bits aren't available she should let the customer know; otherwise, she is ripping the customer off. I pretty much got a whatever from her. Fair Bee is a small bubble tea shop located in Lansdowne Mall near the food court. It's quite the hidden gem as not many people realize there's such a store hidden in the corner of this mall but once you try it, you'll be hooked! Fair Bee has a wide array of bubble tea add on selections such as mango stars, strawberry pearls, and even miniature sized pearls! The mini pearls are extremely popular and they're our favorite as well. Real Fruit Strawberry and Mango Smoothie - $4.50 (6/7) The open kitchen is easily viewable from the waiting area and we could see her scoop in the mango chunks and strawberries. The smoothie was very refreshing and not overly sweet like how some places make their drinks. The mini pearls were perfect and honestly far superior to the regular ones. This place has okay bubble tea. Nothing fabulous. Customer service is what got it the one star. I don't usually carry cash (who does anymore???) and my bubble tea came to around $3.65. I was told they don't take debit cards for under $4. That is stupid. I paid $1 using my debit card before at various places and know that it costs about 6 cents for the vendor. So I told the lady to charge for $4. She didn't give my debit card back and the next day I call to get it back and there's a few cards there so it's not a rare occasion for them to forget to give back debit cards. It's YOUR responsibility to give back a customer's debit card!! Not the customer's responsibility to ask for it back. I go back the next day and the young Asian girl there with the larger nose and lots of makeup is a total b****. I was in a rush so while she was making tea in back area that did NOT look out of bounds, I walk towards the back to ask her to get my card back. It was still NOT behind the counter or anything that would sacrifice business or be in the vicinity of me stealing anything .... I just poked my head to where she was making the tea (like in Starbucks). She very rudely says, "you aren't allowed back here! Go to the front counter and I'll help you there." Honestly, I didn't go behind her sacred counter I was just back where they make the tea but still behind the imaginary service line where I would never be able to touch anything. I go there and she acts like she's hot sh** asking for my ID. I look to the back area and tell her there's no sign in the back area that I can't go there. She says, "yes there is!!" To get her last word. Well actually, I look again and there isn't you b****. There may be one way back there but by the time someone is there it's too late they are there already. You can also say it in a nicer tone. You may be young but you work for minimum wage at a bubble tea place so don't talk to customers in such a condescending tone like you're all high and mighty. You don't know anything about life and careers and what it's like to have a real career. I won't be back until you hire people who know what customer service is and will also cough up the measly 6 cents for the debit card transaction. You charge $4 for bubble tea which probably costs less than $1 to make. You can spare 6 cents!! Even if 10 people used their debit cards you would only be out 60 cents. read more

What the hell happened to Fair Bee? Is Tweedle-Dee, Tweedle-Dum and Angry Bird working here now? I used to love Fair Bee but this company has gone way downhill. First, read my review about the horrible fight and insults that happened at Fair Bee in my other review for the Fair Bee Richmond Center food court. I went today to Fair Bee at Lansdowne Center with a guy friend and I asked for my usual favorite: Mango Oolong Tea. There were 3 female workers there whom I've never seen. Two of them looked super grouchy or angry, holy smokes. My friend asked them for Mango Oolong Tea and they just stood there glaring at him frowning. So he and I explained to them that there always used to be Mango Oolong Tea here (I mean, check out my photos here that I uploaded) and they frowned and shook their heads and stood there. Nobody even said "No", they seriously acted so strange by just standing there with angry or stupefied looks and one girl frowned and glared. We felt so unwelcome there. The menu has entirely changed and all the Oolong Teas (Mango, Pineapple, Grape, and Green Apple) were taken off. We explained to them about the old menus and they kept staring and glaring. Do these people even have MOUTHS? They acted like they didn't know what we were talking about and kept standing and staring with stupid looks on their faces. One girl continued to frown and glare like she hated working there. I have to give up my favorite place, because either Fair Bee changed owners, or changed the entire staff. Everyone there at the Lansdowne Mall Fair Bee and Richmond Center Fair Bee stores are extremely angry and grouchy recently. Is it their period every day, or did they all break up with their boyfriends at the same time and are taking their anger out on me? You girls all need an anger management course! I hope the manager reads both my reviews and makes changes asap to his/her staff. I have to find a new favorite bubble tea place now, because I feel so uncomfortable ordering from angry staff who glare and stay silent during the entire order. What a bizarre experience. I love this place, i go there every time I get my bubble teas. I go to many bubble tea places but they aren't as clean and consistent quality. They opened a new place at Richmond Center that is way more convenient for me because I live near Richmond Center than Lansdowne. Got the Matcha Green Milk Tea + Regular Pearls, they dyed the usually black pearls to be pink around the new years. After making sure that they didn't substituted my order with the exploding pearls (not a fan!) I continued to consume my drink! The quality matches up well with other Richmond BBT players! My usual spot (in public market) do have it for cheaper, but this place, being in Lansdowne, does give the advantage of convenience. Their pearls are great. I usually go for the taro (you can't beat a classic) but just to switch things up I tried their piña colada. It was super sweet, and it had these chunks of really sweet white solid that I had to spit out every few gulps because I had no idea what it was. Next time I will just stick with what I know. Went back to Richmond after few months and I would always come back to this place and get my favorite milk tea. Why 3 stars? They always run out of small pearls which I really like. The big pearls sometimes aren't cooked properly so I never get them. Usually bubble teas are shaken so you would have that frothy like consistency but they pretty much pre make the teas and come out of the pitcher. If you order other drinks then they make it as per. I picked up drinks here a few times and customer service is never really exceptional and the bubble tea is average, pearls are sometimes hard. The most recent experience made me laugh. They have a special - 2 for $5. I wanted the milk tea with pearls. Previously, I have ordered 2 drinks, one with pearls and one with no pearls. They tell me it will be the same price, even though one drink has no pearls, which I am perfectly fine with. This time, the girl with the scowl on her face tells me I can't have the special if one drink has no pearls. What? The only reason I would think they have this rule is because the drinks are pre-made with pearls already because otherwise you have less product to give, which is a bonus. No thanks - I prefer the new bubble tea store at the food court! It also has a special 2 for $5 and they are OK with one drink not having pearls ;) haha read more

Best fresh fruit bubble tea i've ever tasted in a long time. I usually go to big orange but this is much better and $1 cheaper. I love the mango peach slush with pearls. Drink has the perfect sweetness (with honey) and pearls are well cooked. read more
