I loved the melted cheese on top. Mad Rooster doesn't take reservations, but you can join the waitlist from afar by going to their website. You'll get a text notification confirming that you joined, and right before your table is ready, you'll get a text saying "you've been removed from the waitlist". Don't be alarmed! This doesn't mean you've lost your spot in line, it means you're almost ready to be seated. The place is always super busy (green flag!) so make sure you get on that wait list unless you're willing to wait 45+ minutes on a weekend morning.

The staff was attentive, introduced the cats by name, and made sure everyone was respectful. I really like that the cats are available for adoption, which makes the experience feel meaningful. Conversely, I personally felt the hour-long session was a bit long, and I would probably choose one of their special events next time, such as the wine with cats or yoga with cats events.
