We saw an advertisement for an RV of potential interest in their Woodford, VA lot, and sent an email expressing our interest to see the vehicle. A sales representative, Kurt, reached out to us, and we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. Upon arrival, we found that Kurt had the RV waiting for our inspection. He had opened the "pop up" on the RV, and it had been freshly washed. Kurt was great, patiently answering questions -- before and after our test drive. We were also very pleased that he didn't "pressure a sale" nor did he try to up-sale us. Following our meeting, he sent professional emails to both me and my husband. We're still considering what options are most important to us in an RV, but Campers Inn will definitely be a company that we would consider purchasing from. We obviously can't speak to their prices, financing, nor servicing.

Ralph was so easy to talk to and completely went over everything that needed done also sat us at his desk took his time to show us things on the internet about our bike. He went over and beyond to walk us through step by step. He would call as the process went along, explained everything in detail to me. Price was super fair and when I picked the part up, he had to do more then he quoted me in price but instead of not doing it because I didn't pay for the extra, he did it anyway. The part we received back from him looked like the day the bike was bought. I will and would recommend his shop to anyone that needs work done. You won't find anyone like them in this shop. Oh, he also printed us out step by step instructions on how to do the break in process. I paid that which I shouldn't have but it's not the techs fault. we also use them for our business for pools and a hot tub. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
