Do not do business with these people. My friend hired them to move her furniture. She was given a quote and she made a hefty down payment. She was told someone would be in contact the following weekend. Did not hear a word. She beginning calling the company and was not able to reach anyone for one entire week. She did make contact on the eighth day after many days of trying and holding and was told she would be informed soon on a pick up date. Another week elapsed and she received an email that they would be there for pick up the following morning between 9 am and 11 am. I waited for them because my friend had left town. No show. No contact. My friend received a text message that afternoon that said they would be there at 320 pm. I returned to her house and they did arrive at 330 pm. They immediately wanted me to sign paperwork agreeing to paying $900 over the quote. My friend told them she did not want to continue with the transaction after 30 minutes of salesmanship trying to justify the added expenses of several hundred dollars. The driver said he would guarantee she would not get her sizable deposit back. The two of them left after some exhausting bait and switch tactics without the furniture. About 90 minutes elapsed and my friend called me again after a rep from the company called her and asked me to go back. I told her she was nuts to continue with the transaction but she wanted the furniture moved. The team of two returned and immediately wanted me to sign paperwork agreeing to more than the rep and my friend agreed upon. I was exhausted dealing with such dishonesty. I was asked to tip and fill out a customer service survey as they were leaving much seemed like a ludicrous request to me. They also were wreaking off nicotine which penetrated the house and is not acceptable. They have a insurance policy they have you sign that says if case of property damage to the furniture they will only pay $6 per 100 pounds. They do not give any tracking info or any guarantee when the belongings will reach their destination other than within 21 days. Run for the hills. read more

Two years ago I had a very bad experience with movers. I bought a Groupon all included for $500 and I end paying a $1,000 after complaint the guys just told me to pay or they will take my goods to a warehouse. So this time I was very concern and ask all the questions many times. I can say this was the best moving experience in my 18 years in USA and I moved many times. The team was very professional, very friendly, customer service oriented, totally transparent with the estimate cost. They were fast and at the same time very careful to handle all my belongings. Wow! What professionals! We called several companies to request moving quotes and they were the only ones who were quick to respond. Moving day arrived and Alex, Hector, and Vlad showed up after giving us a call. Worked nonstop putting our stuff inside their truck. We rented clothes boxes from them thinking that we would put the clothes inside them, but no, they did everything. We had packed up most of the house but still, it was a welcomed surprise.
