Naturally, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the pack and have it delivered to my home. Please note that it is key that on their website and throughout checkout, I was actively purchasing the RASPBERRY CREAM flavored ghost. As soon as the order was placed, I checked my email for a confirmation and at a quick glance you can clearly see the image of the raspberry cream flavor that I ordered, however it is also very easy to overlook the "original" next to the image, which to my dismay I did. Upon arrival, I was both surprised and frustrated to see that the flavor we were so excited for was simply the original flavor. I immediately sent an email to the support team and waited patiently over the weekend and a couple more business days for a response. There has been no response since posting this review. Whether this is intentional on the part of Get Yok'd or simply just a misunderstanding, the evidence provided and my experience as an online customer, paired with the fact that any returns have you paying for shipping AND a 25% restocking fee has me feeling that the former is more likely. I've had bad experiences in stores before, but at the very least every store has done what a store was supposed to do in the end: give me the product I paid for. This is the only time I have ever made an account with specific intention to write a review. From the moment I walked in, the customer service really stood out. I was approached by staff at least three different times, each one kindly asking if I needed help finding anything. It didn't feel forced or overbearing, just genuinely attentive and thoughtful. When I did have a question, I ended up speaking with the store manager, Justus, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in helping me. The Kellogg Brothers (of Kellogg's cornflakes fame) were SDAs and invented a bunch of other great vegan foods 130 years before Beyond Meat or Impossible Foods existed. In this store, the biggest appeal for vegan foodies is to find stuff you've never seen before, such as Loma Linda "Nutolene" (a peanut-based "meat"), Loma Linda "Tuno," Heritage Health Food "vege-burger" in a can, and Worthington Foods XBurger (frozen). Most of these products can't be found outside of SDA stores. Some of them are awesome and others not so much (the Worthington XBurger looked and smelled great, but tasted terrible). Canned items cost $4-7 per can, so they're not cheap, but they're also novel enough to warrant a splurge. You'll also find a large selection of Taiwanese mockmeats and a few more mainstream brands like Field Roast. Visit this store for something out of the ordinary and indulge in a bunch of products you won't find anywhere else.

The water refill area is always kept clean, which I appreciate, and their fresh juice section is one of my favorite parts of the store. The larger juices come in plastic, but the price on the orange juice is hard to beat, so I keep going back for it. I also like their prepared food section. During one stretch I was buying it pretty often and was always happy with the options, especially since a lot of the food avoids seed oils and uses grass-fed beef. They even have a live kitchen where you can sign up for classes and participate in food prep, which is a really cool touch and makes the store feel more thoughtful and community-oriented. The staff is another big plus. I've interacted with a lot of the cashiers and employees here, and they've all been sweet, personable, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. You can tell the people working here care and that the store is trying to offer a better experience. My only real issue is the meat and fish section. I've tried a lot from it over time--chicken breast, wings, ground wagyu, marinated items, branzino--and too often I've felt like I wasn't getting the freshest product.
