    Rainy day shopping JAN2026

This is my number one choice corporate supermarket before I go to any of it's competitors. They always have most of the products I am looking for at a reasonable price. I have noticed the prices on mostly all the products have crept up due to all the tariffs and inflation. The only thing I never find at this chain market are good quality breads.

I have been to many sprouts in the local community, but this one is my favorite! I love the staff, especially Pattie who is not only the most helpful cashier, she is one of the friendliest people. She seems to know everyone and always has a welcoming smile. I shop where I feel welcomed, and I always feel welcomed by the staff here. The merchandise is also on point here and they have great discounts. They also have amazing flowers and plants. This Sprouts never disappoints. I never tire of shopping here.

I know I can always rely on my food being fresh at this store. I know all meat and fish is sourced sustainably and is fresh. Sometimes when I feel lazy to cook I love getting their prepped family meals. It's a good value $27-$32 depending on the protein choices and it has soooo much food in it. And if you lucky to snatch one with 50% off coupon then it's a ridiculous price for an amazing meal. Oh and separate note of love goes to all the 50% off coupons for "soon to expire" foods , especially now when prices are skyrocketing. Also if something is ever not fresh, the return process is very easy. Staff mostly seem very nice and ready to help. Meat/fish department guys always ready to give a recommendation on how to cook chosen item if you ask them. There's a nice area where you can sit and eat/drink whether you bought it at the store or you ordered from the bar. I really appreciate having such high quality shop in the area.

I'm not directly by this location too often, but when I am I love exploring their new items, craft wine and craft beer for sure. You can still always catch some celebrity sightings like Dave Holmes, Adam Scott (though I've seen him more at my go to in Sherman Oaks - the one in the middle lol), and various others. All the classic options, extra deals via Prime Members (of Amazon), stellar bakery, hot bar, salad bar and more. Customer service here is always 10/10. Find the restrooms on the outskirts of the store. Carts for kids to get that slice of grocery market/health food store experience early, plus it's fun! Still grab a meal of snack from either the hot bar, a slice of vegan pizza or two (love when they have deals on slices) and or a beverage at Stage 71. Great inside, bar area or even patio seating with views of the city. WFM - Burbank is open from 7AM - 10PM every day, but holiday hours very, especially because we all deserve to enjoy the holidays and be merry.

The cashiers are friendly to your face, some of them are very genuine, I've been shopping here since 2017. But like the store experience, cold as you walk away. They're jealous of the people who shop here. I don't know how to explain it. The food has premium prices so things are on the expensive side. If you have the money to shop here or even EBT the cashiers can be snide. They talk about you while you're around the corner like I just don't understand. One of the cashier guys (one who was fired for this) who works here has to feel better than you, like it's a popularity contest and it's a grocery store. He calls you loco and then hides in the back so you don't get his name on his nametag. And he has brown and grey in his hair like how old are you??? I don't think it's a race thing (although I have had to complain to corporate about the C#+#k on their dumpsters in the front parkinglot. I think it's a spoiled, entitlement thing. The prices are more than a bit over-the-top (ugly). Whoever designed this store deserves a smack-down. The aisles are so small you have to shimmy past people. And if you are shopping with a cart, good luck to you. Legit the most baffling design choices I've ever seen. This is an example of design that actually effects the shopping experience in a BAD WAY. Total head scratcher. Whoever designed the parking lot for the entire complex is an absolute idiot. If you need to get your cart to your car, there are several issues depending on what area you park in. First up, upon exiting the store there is a curb with no visible ramp so you have to cart-jump the curb to get down to the street level to your car. Then there is a raised planter between parking and the store so that if you are on the other side of it, you have to cart-jump the curb again. Seriously? Total failure in design on both the store and the parking. But hey - 90 minutes free parking so that's a plus. $16 for a smoothie is a little excessive for sure. Was it good? Yes. That said, while I'm happy to pay more for a great selection of organic fruits and veggies, the smoothies aren't that different from one I could make at home or get somewhere else of the same quality but for less. So if you are on a budget or just resent paying $16 for a smoothie on principal, I suggest focusing on your favorite, good stuff at Erewhon which for me is the fruits / vegetables and their outstanding selection of health / beauty products and their prepared food. from the beauty section, I got something called EVERYTHNG OIL based on the recommendation of one of the staff and it is a GREAT product -- truly my skin is transformed -- well worth the $. I also discovered a yoghurt there that I love -- Painterland Sisters -- but I now buy it at Sprouts as it is cheaper there. The prepared food selection is great! Vegan dessert selection - hallelujah! And I'm a big fan of all their vegan options actually - great stuff. I like that they give you a credit for every glass bottle you bring back -- not a small one either. $2 for each bottle! That brings down the cost of those fresh juices I love so I'll take it!! :) So spend some time finding your favorite stuff - this is a place to pick up a couple of things -- not do ALL your grocery shopping. First of all, you don't want a cart in this place -- too hard to navigate. But also, a full shop at Erewhon is 3 times what any other store would cost. But they do have some very excellent products so worth it for those things IMHO but not for EVERYTHING. Also, try to choose a time to go when it's not packed. the store is claustrophobic when full.

With the prices we pay, a little less attitude would be appreciated and that's from a manager…read more Shopping spending I don't know 100 and something dollars on two bags of groceries, gave you the phone numbers, gave you my wife's name and mine, showed you my ID, and you still want to lecture me about how my wife needs to go on the app and make some changes. Apply the points and move on. The only changes we need to make are we just keep going to the Bristol Farms that just opened up by our house in Beachwood. And we never stop by this shit box again. How stupid to give attitude over something is silly as your points game.

Overall, this is easily one of my go-to grocery stores in LA, and I literally stop by almost every day. The store is always organized, clean, and easy to shop. Not everything is organic, but they carry a lot of great products, and the overall selection is strong. I usually get my daily produce here, and I also buy wine here pretty often. The water refill area is always kept clean, which I appreciate, and their fresh juice section is one of my favorite parts of the store. The larger juices come in plastic, but the price on the orange juice is hard to beat, so I keep going back for it. I also like their prepared food section. During one stretch I was buying it pretty often and was always happy with the options, especially since a lot of the food avoids seed oils and uses grass-fed beef. They even have a live kitchen where you can sign up for classes and participate in food prep, which is a really cool touch and makes the store feel more thoughtful and community-oriented. The staff is another big plus. I've interacted with a lot of the cashiers and employees here, and they've all been sweet, personable, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. You can tell the people working here care and that the store is trying to offer a better experience. My only real issue is the meat and fish section. I've tried a lot from it over time--chicken breast, wings, ground wagyu, marinated items, branzino--and too often I've felt like I wasn't getting the freshest product. That's the one department that has consistently let me down. It's disappointing because the rest of the store is so strong. I also don't really understand why the wagyu ground beef costs almost double when it's formed into patties, but that's more confusing than a dealbreaker. At the end of the day, I still think Lazy Acres is one of the best grocery stores in LA, especially for convenience, cleanliness, product mix, and staff. But I've pretty much told myself to stop buying meat here, because for the same price I can get much better quality from a proper butcher. Since it's only a 3-minute walk from me, I'll absolutely keep coming back, just with a little more selectiveness about what I buy.

Let me get this out of the way: this is not your average grocery store. The produce department…read morelooked gorgeous, the meat counter was top-notch, and the fish was clearly fresh. The employees were genuinely helpful and a cut above what you usually find at a grocery store -- and yes, you pay a premium for that. I picked up some vegetables and fruit, and the pineapple was outstanding -- easily the best I've bought in the U.S. The vegetables were noticeably better than what I get at my local market. This is a great place to shop when you want high-end produce, meat, or fish. Would I do my weekly grocery shopping here? Probably not. But as a quality-focused stop, I really liked this store.
