I hate going to the USPS offices! Mmmm , then why the 5 stars?…read more Because this is my favorite location and the best ever! One Employee is there usually when I visit, yet the employee there always happy , friendly and doing his job perfectly fine! I never had to wait so long! Barely even a short wait! He will even talk to you if nobody is after you in the line! Plus the location is small, cozy and has the old town feeling and carry the charm of Old town Clifton! I'm lucky that I'm 7 minutes away from this location and I always try to go there! The only issue to be careful of is that they close for a break between 1 pm & 2 pm and if you forgot and still went go get coffee and dessert from Motier or Clifton Cafe ! I'm serious! lol If you live nearby, or a little further, you will love This location! Go use it, be nice to the postal clerk and enjoy his nice conversations !! Oh !! And don't forget ...... to pray for me ;)

Parking is usually a cinch, and the lack of long lines is appreciated. Stamp and postage has gone up substantially. Will reevaluate as, it might be time to look at other shipping companies. That being said this location has friendly employees. Definitely more relaxing than most. If you're in the area it works. USPS please update your shipping tracker, to a more modern one.

It probably decreases some of the volume. Once parked roll on in. They offer a lot of services here. A pleasant and efficient staff. Don't go to this one during Christmas as crazy busy. Yet id like to thank the men and women here. They have better rates than the other carriers. Also they've modernized substantially. That is a positive. This location is close to a lot.

Where they never deliver your mail and say that they do and lose it. I've had only bad experiences…read morehere. Last year for my birthday, the mail man delivered my shoes my dad bought me. Then cameras show he takes it back because he thought he delivered it to the wrong address. I call up the postal inspector and they tell me to fill out an Online form to get my $100 back. The online form will not allow me to file a complaint because I don't have a certified mail number. I call this post office. They say to fill out the online form. I come back they say I have to fill out the online form. After 6 months of trying to talk to managers and so forth I give up. Then they stop delivering packages to my door and try to stuff it in my mailbox. When my mailbox clearly gets full after a few days, they take all of my mail and tell me I have to go to the "distribution center" to pick it up. I go to three different locations around my house and no one can tell me where my mail is until I get to this location. The manager "gives me a talking to" for not picking up my mail in my mailbox. After waiting about an hour I finally get my "mail." This has happened multiple times. The last straw was that they said they tried to deliver something to my House door but the note was in the mailbox. I was home the entire day and my cameras show no one trying to deliver anything except I did take Amazon packages from my door. They leave a note saying I need to come to the distribution center to get my package. I go there and they said they accidentally sent it back to the sender. Sorry. No recourse. SOL. I can't believe this. I am considering filing a legal complaint. I spoke to the postal inspector so many times and have gotten no resolution on any of my issues except bureaucracy. I have to take off of work to go to the post office so I'm losing income from this. No wonder the post office is set Uo for failure.
