Manager has terrible customer service got charged a 250 fine for allegedly smoking in the room because of a single cigarette butt in trash can in room then charged my credit card 204 dollars for I don't know why then 2 $36 Charges so he got me for 564 dollars when I asked about the other charges he said he didn't know he said quote I don't have an answer why or what those charges are for so that's how the manager of this hotel runs things so beware of frivolous charges and false fines I won't ever do business at this hotel ever again or any Marriott hotel for that matter and I hope anyone who reads this will beware and seek other hotel accommodations read more

Check in was easy. One negative is, immediately we noticed a lot of shady people hanging around. As we pulled into the parking lot, an suv came barreling around the corner almost hitting us. Near the entrance of the hotel, in a parking slot there was a car rim and soda as if someone had been working on their car there and left the mess. Scraggly guy came out of the lobby without a mask (if that matters to you) as we were coming in to check in. At the side of the some of the other parking slots had leftover fast food trash as if people hang out there. We park and a car speeds into the lot to meet up with a car in the far end of the lot. They are loud, very loud and sound drunk. As we head into the side entrance one tells another to head in with us since we have a key. Nope. We hurried in and let the door quickly close behind us. This was all in just a few minuted before we even got inside. Hop on the elevator and people were coming in and out, no masks. (This was a Thursday around 11pm). The clerk told us this place is only 4 months old. Hopefully the characters dont take it over because it's actually a nice place. We grew around characters so whatever but if I came with kids, I dont know If I would be comfortable. Maybe I sound harsh but it is what it is. I was surprised that with all the characters around, it was not rowdy inside. Once inside our room it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious. Setup was simple and clean. Thermostat was easy to use which is always appreciated. Heated and cooled the room very quickly. Beds were comfortable. I'd say the beds were a little on the firmer side but still soft enough to be comfy. Bathroom is huge and clean. Location is near a lot of food which is always a plus. read more

I booked here last minute and cancelled due to an emergency within 3 hours. When i reached out to the hotel they responded multiple days later saying i could not get a refund because i didn't email within 24 hours. I sent multiple responses with screenshots showing the time i booked and the time i canceled well within the time frame. I never heard back from the property and still have not received a refund. I absolutely love Marriott each time I stay with them, However my experience with this particular hotel was extremely awful. My husband's company booked this room for him for a work purpose, due to him having a little too much to drink on New Year's Eve he misplaced the room key. My husband called to advise a hotel that I would be picking up a key and they refused to provide me with one. They would not take his verbal request, His company even called Marriott reservations and explained the situation. The reservations desk said so that there was successfully able to add my name to the room so that I was able to pick up a key but once I arrived at the front desk They refused stating that Marriott corporate has different rules and they have their own because they're privately owned. I then asked if she could escort for me to the room to get my purse with all my credit cards and a change of clothes to book a room elsewhere which I would pay out of pocket for, she refused that as well. Basically the only option she said there was was for my husband to leave work and drive two hours to show his ID to ask for a key himself or for me to wait outside for the next 14 hours until he gets through with work and is able to request one if that time. Mind you they initial reservation was for him and one guest his company just did not specify my name because I am not their employee. Never in my entire well traveled life I've never experienced a hotel not honoring a guest request like this. Especially considering the factors of the situation. I have worked in customer service my entire career and would never treat a customer as poorly as this employee treated me, especially in the hospitality industry. On top the fact she was unwilling to work with us on finding a practical solution, she was very rude and practically scolded me and raised her voice at me the entire conversation treating me as I were some child. I so outraged by their "customers service" or lack there of, I am going to have this escalated with Marriott, am filing a formal complaint as well as continue word of mouth advice to anyone traveling to that area to NEVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. read more

Man, I was so excited to stay here and enjoy some sleep since our home can be quite noisy. I was so disappointed. They put us in the worst possible room and when I asked for a different room (after seeing the front desk agent go through a stack of potential room keys) she told us that there were no other rooms available. Room 101 is directly beside a noisy parking lot and the side exit door. I paid way too much money for 2 nights to have been woken up every 5 minutes by a slamming door and car engines all night long - all morning long - all day long. And that's exactly what happened. I'm leaving here more exhausted than when I came. Unacceptable. This isn't a motel 6 on the side of the road. I expected better. I paid for better. read more

Booked a hotel room for a wedding on the weekend of 5/21 took a shower tired to use the blow dryer in the bathroom none of the outlets worked there was 4.... called the frount desk they had the maintenance man come out and then he said he couldn't do anything because the wiring was messed up. Went to check out on the 22nd told the front desk lady I would like a discount on my room because I could not use the outlets... the lady then said let me ask the maintenance Man if he did go to your room... why would I lie about him coming to the room and telling me there was nothing he could do? She then said she could do nothing but leave a note doe the general manager to call me today when he comes in at 3 .... I checked out at 11 it's 5 .... I called them back to see why no one had gotten in contact with me and the man on the phone said that the manager was not going to be coming in today.... I really don't understand why I am being lied to... or why they would rent our a room with outlets not working... I guess I have to call them back everyday until I get some kind of answer. Do not stay at this Hotel. The staff is unprofessional, and the rooms were not clean. The breakfast selection looks is not something I would feed my dog( and he is dead). I left to attend a funeral of my niece and my room was never cleaned. When I called the front desk to ask for a night manager I got a Lauren (who was not a manager) she had a bad attitude and offered no solution. When I told her that my suite was never service, she said we try to call you, which was a complete lie. There was no message left on my phone and I had NO missed calls from the hotel. My phone is with me in my hand the entire time, because I have clients that need to reach me on any given notice so me phone literally stay in my hand. The hallways were hot and the floors in the elevators and lobby were dirty. My family had three rooms, I was given room 216 and it had a shower that looked like it had be repaired but not finished. The view is nothing you are looking at the roof awning of the hotel. Room 225 is a hearing impaired room and your literally at looking at a stucco wall and a roof vent, but you are charged full price. Room 213 was some what decent, but still the housekeepers NEVER cleaned the bathroom floors and you can tell. The carpets are dark blue, to hid all of the dirt. When I checked out I spoke with Jorge Flores the actual manager regarding my stay, he was less than caring and offered NO solution what so ever. He advise me to contact the 800 # for Marriott. Save your self sometime and drive into Temecula where the embassy Suites offer nice cleanrooms and the staff is accommodating to your needs. read more

Awesome place to stay at, the beds are super comfy and jacuzzi is relaxing. All of the hotel personnel do a fantastic job at what they do. Dayna at the front desk provides great customer service and always gives us a laugh. And Sophia is a great addition to the hotel always smiling and being positive. Overall fantastic customer service. stayed for 21 days because because we had water damage in our home. We'd leave daily for work and school. It was a 50/50 chance our bed would be made and we'd get clean towels. I only leave towels on the floor when I'm ready for clean towels. Some days it did not seem they came at all. The breakfast consist of scrambled eggs, some sort of egg jalapeño muffin one day the English muffin with egg and Swiss cheese the next alternating daily. No breakfast meat on most days. All other breakfast options never change, bagel, blueberry muffin, English muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and general breakfast beverages. When you stay at a hotel that says breakfast included you hope they will rotate at least 3 items and include a lil more variety. Oh and one waffle iron that you need to wait in line to use because it's the most popular item to eat. Eggs were blah, egg cheese English muffins were not great and never tried the. Rooms were the basic with. Mini fridge, coffee pods and microwave. The front desk staff friendly Ed's was hit and miss. Depends who it was. So I can't comment. Couple of things happened during my stay. My AC went out at my house in Menifee so I booked for 3 day stay. I called ahead and asked if they were back to normal breakfast service not cheap unhealthy jimmy dean sandwich's and they said yes we are back to normal service. The next morning that wasn't the case still the same crap they pushed during Covid. Secondly I made a reservation for the pool for me and my family when we go there the jacuzzi looked green and hadn't been clean in days and the pool had all sorts of hair in it which being a pool owner is a sign of the pump not turn on or working. This place isn't even a year old. This is the second and last time I stay here. Hilton has way better standards and is the same price. If I could do it all over again I would've drove to Temecula and stayed at the Hampton or Embassy Suites or Home 2. So disappointed because I living in Menifee I thought this was gonna be. Good place at this point there are motels in HEMET that are nicer than this place. read more

Came to relax and left feeling more tired than ever. dont come here if you want good sleep. They slam doors ALL night long every five minutes and you can hear it through the walls as if it were inside your room. Have never experienced this at a hotel. they didn't tell me that the room I would be staying in would be a room that you can hear doors being slammed every five minutes. I was awake the entire night and so were my cats. They were beyond terrified from all the door slamming. I would never stay at this hotel again. The front desk tried to tell me that it was my fault that I am a light sleeper! He was very rude And tried to blame me. it literally sounds like someone is in my room slamming my bathroom door and it's somehow my fault??? fucking bullshit!!!!!!!!!! I cant believe I paid money to stay up all night. I asked for my animal deposit back as some type of accommodation for the horrible stay but he laughed at me and said no.
