Nicest hotel service experience we have ever had. The only reason to not give 5 stars is the rooms are a little stuffy and to add to that our air would not go below 75 even though we would set to 68 to get it to drop.

We had the window open and the fan on, helped a little. Also this is a dog friendly hotel and you wouldn't know it, as it doesn't smell like dogs at all. Breakfast was continental, hot food was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes. A little dried out a little but ok. Fresh fruit was good too, had watermelon and pineapple. I don't eat waffles but they had those, bagels, muffins. I don't know what the price was as my sister paid but I would have suggested a restaurant if I knew it wasn't free (it's included in some of the rooms). It was good for the convenience tho!

The room was not only not cleaned but appears to be presently lived in by someone who just wasn't here when they let us book the room online. Asked for a refund but was told morning manager is only one who can approve it, so I asked night manager to call him. He said it's late and he has work in the morning. I said so do I. He said there would not be time to have room cleaned by housekeeping before letting someone else get the room. I said it wasn't cleaned anyway, likely for weeks. This place is a dump and likely a flophouse for drunks and drug addicts. Stay as far away as you can. Hotel's emailed response: I hope this message finds you well. The continental breakfast was good and offered a good variety. The customer service was amazing. We had an issue with some other guest and their dogs and the hotel did their best to rectify the problem. The only reason I could not give this hotel 5 stars is because you can hear the guest walking above you, I was in a non-smoking room and could often smell cigarette smoke in our room and I could hear the toilet flushing from the room upstairs. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay.

I booked a reservation on Booking.com, and I was sent a confirmation email along with a message from the hotel itself confirming my reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was unable to find the confirmation in the system. It was a bit bizarre, being that this had never happened before. The receptionist informed me that there was only one room left in the hotel, but it was a king size, and I'd booked a queen. The receptionist also called Booking.com, and confirmed my reservation there as well.Even though the Hilton website had been experiencing technical difficulties that evening, my reservation was still confirmed several times via email. The receptionist called the supervisor, who told me that I would have to purchase the king size room, even though I had already paid for two nights from my queen reservation. It's unfortunate that the supervisor was not able to honor my stay being that I frequent this hotel, and my reservation was already paid for in full. Not to mention the fact that I also had my young child with me as well. I will never be staying here again.

I especially appreciated having a separate sitting area, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything in the room was modern and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good variety of hot and cold options that made mornings easy before heading out. The hotel's location was also perfect--close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making it convenient to get wherever I needed to go. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay. The combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made for a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend SpringHill Suites Milford to anyone visiting the area. Five stars!

They also lied to Orbitz when I tried to get a refund on canceling two days of my stay. they stated I dropped the keys and left when clearly I spoke with somebody and got a receipt. Another guest I spoke with was given a room with no running water broken TV a broken air conditioner. He had quite the time in trying to get relocated to a better room.
