They're uncomfortable and make my back hurt so bad I can't walk the next day. When price line said this place had a pool and a hot tub I got excited. It was one of the mystery deals where you don't know which chain you're booking until after you pay. Ok maybe this will be Hiltons chance to turn my opinion around. Yeah... So there's an accident on the expressway slowing us down we've been the car for HOURS it's been a pretty crappy week could really use a few minute soak in the hot tub so I call the front desk to ask nicely if they could please grace us a few minutes when we arrive as it will be 9 minutes to 10 when we arrive and we'll still have to check in and change. The front desk had the opportunity to make my week better and my stay more pleasant and chose not to. It closes at 10 no exceptions. It's Hilton policy... too bad their policy isn't to provide an exceptional guest experience. My policy is to leave 1 star reviews for subpar services no exceptions. Needless to say I'll pay more moving forward to stay anywhere BUT a Hilton! #overit Just so my review is fair this Hilton did provide additional bedding for me sleep on so I don't wake up with a sore back. Here's to hoping I can walk in the morning. Room is clean. Edit: so grateful I packed my air mat. My back is only minimal sore this morning. Sleep score on Fitbit a 65. Lots of tossing and turning. Gunk was coming up as you turned on water to use the sink. Not a good experience. They did finally fix it on the last day after several requests and email and because now water started leaking from the pipes. We had to use our clean towels to soak up the mess. Due to this issue we missed our prepaid breakfast two of our days here. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. There is coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. AC had dirty vents so breathing was an issue and the fridge was very noisy.

It was the perfect space for our small event. They made sure to put us near the pool so the kids could swim. One of the guests told her days later that she didn't want to go in the pool as she said it had yellow stuff around the perimeter but that didn't seem to bother anyone else as the kids who swam had an absolute blast. I personally didn't notice the pool may have been dirty bcz I didn't go in. Everyone complimented the space & said it was such a great idea. The beds were so comfortable. We had a great nights sleep. I'd recommend this place.

I know that you can't please everybody and trying is next to impossible, but while I found the mattress to be rock hard, the first words out of mom's mouth was how much she loved the mattress and got the best night of sleep she's had in a hotel in ages. I have a pillow top mattress at home, so this isn't the hotel's fault. The other thing we loved was the check in experience in this sense. We couldn't help but mention that one of the things we were doing was going to singer Daryl Hall's restaurant/night club in Pawling, NY. Our check in clerk had absolutely no idea as to who Daryl Hall or Hall and Oates were whereas we've seen them play live five times. So the other check in clerk ( Rebecca ) starts belting out her rousing rendition of their classic " Rich Girl " trying to see if her fellow employee knew the song. He didn't, but to her credit, she showed a ton of personality and enthusiasm, which you don't necessarily get with a lot of people, especially when you deal with the public all day long. There was one downside to the hotel and that was we heard every horn honk, screeching tires and whatever else was going on outside the hotel. While I understand that a hotel can only do so much, it definitely needs more insulation or soundproofing as it can make it hard to fall asleep. The hotel however did make do and tried its best to put its best foot forward and if in the area ever again, I would stay here again.

Do not stay here if you're from a hockey team…read more The front end hotel staff was not only non accommodating, but our team, and the other team there were harassed and threatened. One of the staffers followed children into my hotel room, when we sent them up for quiet relax time, and held the door oden while trying to go in. It was incredibly stressful for the kids on the team. They didn't try to work with either team, they just wanted to kick us out. Between the 2 team there, we brought the hotel in $25,000 (easily) that weekend. But they treated us so poorly.
