Unfortunately, when we were handed off to the front desk, the level of customer service dropped a bit. I had to ask about the warranty and return policy myself, as this information wasn't explained before the total was presented. The delivery process went well. Two service technicians removed the old stove and quickly installed the new one. They were very patient with my mother and took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the stove's features. They even went back to the store to retrieve a copy of the appliance manual, which was greatly appreciated.
