She made the time to talk to me and explain the options and procedures. While other establishments were too rigid with their prices and schedules, Candy gave me a good price and gave a time slot the next day. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Since this will be my eyebrows for the next couple years! The next day I arrived. Candy welcomed me and made sure that I didn't have to worry. She drew the options for my eyebrows based on the shape of my face. Then gave me some suggestions. I accepted her suggestion and went on with the procedure. She applied numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. So i only felt minimal discomfort during procedure. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was ok. I felt I was in good care. I dozed off for a minute. Then I realized it's done! Candy showed me the mirror, making sure I was happy with the results. She explained the care for the next few days. I was escorted to a private room, and it was surprisingly more comfortable than I had expected. Their attendant, Ruby, handled my treatment. She was very kind and friendly in her demeanor, very professional in her approach, and was patient and careful because she knew I wasn't used to it and that it might be painful at the start. After a few minutes, it became more relaxing, and I even fell asleep multiple times. I give Ruby a 5/5. I highly recommend her.

Her hands are just magic. Love how she massages my shoulders and neck while my face steams, and massages my face during the process for better circulation and lifting. Amazing bedside manner. I've tried a lot of different facials there and it's always more economical to purchase a package or purchase while they are running a promotion which is quite often. Their products are also top quality and Ling can always introduce the products that's most suitable for your skin. They have double rooms so it's fun to come with a friend or family. They also offer a parking special $8 for 3 hours at a neighboring parking lot.

They might be moving soon closer to Main Street on the same block, as of July 2024. I recommend checking them out for basic facials and also seeing what else they can offer if you're looking to improve your skin. Their prices are very fair compared to American owned spas. Tip: they don't have a receptionist. So if no one picks up, try calling again since the facial technicians might be with clients and can't pick up.
