The shift manager Dante Smith was very rude and condescending to my mother when she informed him that the drink she ordered was too spicy to even drink. She drinks spicy bloody Mary's all the time and this is the first time one has been too hot for her to drink. He informed us they do not comp drinks and we asked about the onion rings which were too soggy to eat and he told us they were fried in grease. I had to turn away as did my husband to keep from going off as he was so rude to her. The server Korie however was very polite and nice. They have free wifi if you like beer and wings while you work. I was passing through Hattiesburg, so I stopped her for lunch and a virtual meeting. The bartender helped me connect my laptop to the wifi and poured up a beer. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries. It didn't take long at all to bring my food out. The cheeseburger looked good, and it tasted okay. A little more seasoning would've made it better. Other than that, everyone is pretty friendly. I'm not sure what Mississippi's mask mandate is, but some of the staff wasn't wearing a mask. I walked down by patio door at end of bar she still didnt move or say ill be right with u or nothing. 5pm michalea comes in counted her drawer i still have no beer, no soda also . It was 100 degrees outside. After michaela counted her drawer her and nikki go on the opposite ebd of bar and start talking. THEY BOTH HAVE THEIR backs to me . I still have no beer no soda . Their were 4 servers all on their cellphones at the time in the corner by the servers station it wasnt even busy.None of them came over to me asked me.if i needed anything . Its very unproffesional by the bartenders and servers. I almost walked out . Nikki baker goes to get 2 buckets of ice fills the ice cooler still no beer. They both ran fingers through their hair didnt wash hands. Makayla ate a rasin cake then a brownie . I told dante . He literally had to go get my beer he got a draught i said can miller lite. Great food, service and drinks! I have visited this location for the past 3 weeks and always receives great service & food on each visit.

Take out service is miserable. I've only ever seen one (overworked) worker at the pickup station. Even at times when takeout is obviously overwhelmed and there are no customers in the restaurant there will be multiple workers standing around doing nothing while the person doing takeout is obviously in the weeds. This usually results in a rude (and sometimes incorrect) pick up experience. read more

LARA was the WORST server i have ever encountered. she left us with no refills , left us with about 12 dirty dishes on the table and about 5 empty cups. she neglected us & left us there wondering where she was and kept on speed walking off when we needed something . the food was cold and the fries were stale guessing she left the food sitting in the window to die while she tended to her other tables ... my friends also had the unlimited wings and had to wait about 20-25 min each time they wanted another plate of wings making the deal not worth it at all ! I'm was carded for ordering a beer, I'm 61 old with a grey beard. My 40 year old daughter was not carded for her margarita. About 3 years ago, I noticed that things weren't quite as good and quality as they had been. 2 years ago it was even worse. The wings were over cooked, and they had very little sauce on them. A friend of mine told me that he always asks them for extra sauce because he has noticed that trend, as well. Today I went again, just hoping that I had been unlucky enough to catch them on several bad days. It was the worst I've seen it. The traditional wings were grossly over cooked, to the point that it hurt my mouth to bite them.
