Maple Cinnamon latte! The cinnamon just works with it.

The coffee is fantastic. A maple cinnamon latte for my family member and a nitro cold brew. I also got a protein bowl which is eggs, turkey, spinach and hot sauce. Simple but perfect for my low carb lifestyle. The service was great. The barista was knowledgeable. The new spot downtown is a nice open space and in a perfect spot where with all the new apartments and the National museum of play next door. I love Fairpour's coffee. It's smooth and light on the acidity. The only negative is it's a bit pricey but you pay for all the stuff mentioned above. Defiantly recommended!

The second fairpour location, I haven't been to the first but this one is good. Great location, clean and open and plenty of seating. They have different options of coffee pours and good food options. I got a protein avocado toast. it was tasty and filling. Sat down to wait and the food was brought to us, decent wait time.

Fresh dishes, breakfast and other meals available. Stellar coffee and tea drinks. Beer and mimosas on menu. Wide open windows so there's a lot of light! Quick service, kind staff! Right by museum of play!

Delicious drinks and beautiful patio!…read more Ugly duck is such a nice place to grab an iced latte and sit outside in the summer! I've loved every drink that I've gotten. I'm not sure I'd consider this a good place to study, but it's a nice place to catch up with friends or take a pause outside with a good drink on a patio. The seating inside is somewhat limited, but the patio is beautiful. The buildings will provide natural shade in the afternoon. Parking can also be difficult and limited.

I always like to look for espresso specials and we were not disappointed by the selection. My fiance got The Snug with maple syrup and molasses bitters. I was too afraid to try any drinks with bitters (I hate how it tastes in cocktails) but I took a sip of The Snug and it tasted great, I would definitely try that next time. I had the B.B.L. latte which had banana syrup, it was more on the sweet side but not overly sweet (I would avoid it if you don't enjoy a sweet palate, try a latte with bitters instead!) It was something unique to try and I was happy with my choice. There was also plenty of seating which is always a huge plus in the winter in Rochester. We had no trouble getting a table. I should also note that there was a very limited food selection here -- about 3 baked goods offered. So if you're looking for food and coffee, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Overall I would happily try out Ugly Duck again! I'm curious if they have outdoor seating in the warmer months.

The cafe au lait with skim was great and the latte was very good too (smooooth). We were so hungry we didn't take pictures of the sandwiches :/. Service was kind and Amy, who started only two weeks ago, was super pleasant a d helpful. Seeing her smiling face would be a real treat if we were regulars. The atmosphere in the Armory Building licated just off the 490 highway in the fancy Cobb Hill area in a repurposed older building is modern, clean, sleek as well as light and airy. There is great natural light for working or catching up with friends. ExCELLENT baked goods! We also ordered a chocolate croissant and a LARGE as your hand molasses cookie for later... but did take a bite out of each, and they were awesome! Recommend!! Again out to Amy who was pleasant and terrific!! Too bad we are 't locals as we'd definitely be regulars.
