This was almost 2 months later had I not checked my account they would have had the payment and I would have lost out on a large amount of money. I even referred this company to a few of my friends and they decided to go another way.... Good thing! I will NEVER REFER anyone to A2B moving company or use them again and if you're moving really research the company before you use. The reason I am making this review is because when I talked to the owner she wasn't sympathetic she said to me it was a very minor mistake. I don't call taking $1350.50 for the same amount that I paid in April and then in June the same amount a minor mistake. I can't bring myself to give them a rating.

My mom loves Kimberly-"she's fun"- and she has made it very accessible for my mom who has dementia. She is responsive, caring and extremely efficient. My mom's house is now much more useful for my mom in terms of being able to find what she needs and this has enabled us to get the floors redone (a much needed project). I had also felt a looming burden that I would have to sort through everything once my mom passes and I feel great relief they are tackling this massive job together in a way that feels good for my mother. Went to great lengths and expense coordinating pickup with another party and Tavares. As the pickup/drop off date got closer I hadn't heard anything from Tavares. I began to send messages through yelp, via text, then finally called leaving multiple voicemails. I have not received a response after 3 days contacting them. On my first call, the phone rang like normal. After that every time I called it went straight to voicemail, I believe they blocked my number. If you changed your mind or something came up and you can no longer do a job, just let your customer know. Don't leave them in the dark and block their number.
