Great cafe in Soboba. There isn't too much to do in San Jacinto especially in the late evenings so I came here on a Saturday night with some friends since we were in the area and wanted to grab a bite to eat. The service here is great and they have a pretty wide variety of foods. We weren't super hungry so just got some random items such as chicken tenders, fries, soup, fruit, and hashbrowns but the food was better than I thought it would be. I was also super surprised that they're open all the way to midnight on the weekends. All in all, hand a good time and enjoyed this little cafe. read more

Menu has lots of good items, burgers fries salad fish & chips, just don't order the grilled pastrami with cheese, they poured melted provolone all over the meat and it made the sandwich soggy and it fell apart, couldn't finish that sloppy mess. Would have given it 5 stars last night, but returned today after our hotel stay and the day crew service was not the same. We were seated immediately and waited for someone to take our order. After seeing guests come and go, I got out of my seat to request service. After another while, people were seated, approached and served while we were still waiting. We finally decided we needed to leave. I couldn't trust the integrity of my meal after the integrity of their service was questioned. It was a stretch to wait, especially when we arrived and no one else was in the restaurant. No one was giving us an update as to the delay - like did the chef have to go hunt down our protein? I would have been willing to wait for a fresh catch I wouldn't have written in but our friends had the same thing happen to them and just left. It's too good a joint to not give them the heads up that they might consider improving their service. And we do hope to return again. read more

I have to express my disappointment with this place because I really had high hopes. When you stay at a resort, excellent service is expected. The first time we tried this place they got my husbands order completely wrong and then took forever to bring out his correct order. My food was cold at that point. But hey, mistakes happen. I decided to try it again. We went today and we were seated and immediately decided on our order and waited for service. . And waited... And waited... Waiting staff walked by us and helped others but not us. They didn't even take our drink orders. I tried to get someone's attention. Nothing. Not even water. We tried this out because I'm on a low carb diet and the food court didn't have many low carb options. First I have to say we got seated immediately. I wish I could remember the young man's name who waited on us but he was amazing. It was Sunday night November 3 and we sat in the first booth to the left when you walk in. We ordered the Soboba salad which came out within minutes and was phenomenal. Next we shared the shrimp cocktail which was also very good. My husband had the basic burger with onion rings and he said the burger was great but the onion rings were even better. I had the chicken marsala with no potatoes extra vegetables. Best place to eat in San Jacinto. I'll go farther and say best restaurant ambiance and cuisine in any casino I've ever experienced . I had the New York steak and eggs with home potatoes and sour dough bread . We finished up with a creme brûlée. Amazing . I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Loved it . This place did seat us fast which is why they got one star and the food wasn't too bad which is why they got the second star. The downfalls:1) everyone's food did not come at the same 2) the potatoes did not have any seasoning and their mixed vegetables has way too much salt. I ended up not liking my meal and she had no problem taking it off and replacing it with something else. She is the best I have had coming here and let me say I come a lot to eat because the prices are reasonable for being inside a casino. As a former Forbes trainer I have to say she hit the mark 98% of the service provided to night. The 2% of it was just because I wasn't too happy with my food. Could have been better. My husband and I went to Soboba Casino for the first time this past Thursday on 9/1. We had lunch at the Fairway Cafe. We sat on the terrace overlooking the golf course. The weather was great. Our server, Jessica, was super friendly and checked on us multiple times while we were there. My husband had the chicken wrap and I had the Golf Club sandwich. Dinner was excellent. No complaints. Great sevice from staff. The food was amazing. The best steak salad I have ever had. We also had the bread pudding dessert and we liked it a lot. It disappeared within a couple of minutes. Additionally, I drank the Cadillac margarita and it was very good. I like strong drinks and this margarita met my expectations.
