Right of the bat the hosts took us in and were very friendly. It felt like a very intimate and relaxed atmosphere. I asked if we can sit in the patio but unfortunately it's not open yet, they said sometime in May. Sat down and within minutes was greeted by our server, Annjanet. She was very helpful on picking out a few different Items, she sugested the short rib, so my wife had the 12 hr. Short Rib dinner and I had the Short Rib grilled cheese sandwich. The short rib was so tender and cooked to perfection. I was intrigued by the fancy veggies that came with the dinner so I asked our server and learned that it was a Romesco veggie blend, something new. My Buddy had the basic burger which he really enjoyed. I felt like it may be too simple for me, but add some avocado or bacon and your set, which they did have the BLTA burger available that comes with all that. Fairway is a great restaurant that consistently delivers generous portions at an affordable price. My husband and I have dined here several times, and their calamari is his go-to appetizer. Although the squid size was smaller this time, we were pleased to find that the fried chicken steak and new tacos carnitas menu item showed promise. Our server was attentive and efficient, even on a busy afternoon, I forgot to get her name coz she deserves a shout out! . We look forward to returning and exploring more of their menu offerings. read more
