I went to visit Chai Shai and got a mango lassi and Nutella bun. Then I went to Ross to check out some shoes. After that, drove to Hallmark front entrance as the back entrance of the store was closed. The Fremont Hub definitely has changed quite a bit since the last time that I had came. Hopefully more new store will come in to fill the empty retail spaces.

Aura Wellness Studio for pilates and meditation sessions. Old Navy, Marshalls, Lane Bryant, and Ross for clothing on a budget. Walgreens for pharmacy. Daiso and Staples for school and office supplies. The food here isn't good, so I'd rather cook at home or eat somewhere else. The backside of Target remains empty since they took out Party City, and it's kind of a shady area. There are lots of parking spaces near Walgreens, UPS, and Marshalls.

Drivers heading eastbound who continue on Route 92 will pass by Jackson Square as Rt 92 becomes West Jackson Street in Hayward. I have worked in the Hayward area for over 25 years, and Jackson Square has a nice location. It's near the freeway ramps, it's down the street from the Courthouse and County Offices, It's near the DMV, and it's located near apartments and residential areas. I was just there yesterday, taking a break before getting on the San Mateo Bridge. West Jackson becomes Route 92, which takes you to the bridge. So lots of traffic passes by here. The anchor store is the Safeway, along with a CVS and 24-hour Fitness. Attention getting brands such as Starbucks, Taco Bell, Fire Wings, Round Table Pizza, Chase Bank, and a Baskin-Robbins are also tenants. Although Jackson Square is on Jackson Street, it's easier to enter and exit on Amador Street. Plenty of parking in off street lot. How could it be better? Maybe add a few more restaurants or cafes. And I saw Barnes & Noble coming soon... if that's true, heck yeah! I know it's mostly chains, not unique boutique shops and businesses, but there is still enough variety that I have no complaints. The outdoor mall is fairly modern, and the area feels safe. A summer concert series occurs on 4th fridays of the month at The Block Plaza near Koja Kitchen, which was convenient this past weekend cuz I grabbed dinner at Koja Kitchen and was able to enjoy the live music while dining. A few doors down, I picked up a yummy chocolate chip cookie from Crumbl too. However if coming here for the live entertainment, the location's not the best. It gets crowded cuz it's just a small space, with concrete surface, and you gotta bring your own lawn chairs if you want seating. There was a tiny dance floor in front of the stage too, but really nothing inviting about the setup. That said, The Cheeseballs put on a fun show for the crowd, with the band performing funk, soul, and rnb tunes. They played various hits including Whitney Houston's I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Hips Don't Lie by Shakira, You Make My Dreams Come True by Daryl Hall and John Oates, and Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club mashed up with Katy Perry's Firework. Also, parking and traffic is never really an issue for me in this shopping center except near Costco and In-N-Out.

This shopping center has some good stores here!!…read more The Cardenas Market, Goodwill, and The Dollar Tree are some of the larger stores here. There's also a donut shop, Togos, a sushi restaurant, and a few other small businesses here. The parking lot is rather small for all these businesses, even smaller when they installed some electric vehicle charging stations. This place is usually pretty busy when I have come here, located on Hesperian in Hayward!!!

Are these things a front for some other shady stuff? I'm saying they are.. but I'm not saying they are not. Oliveras is a great place. That's a liquor store. Lots of neon lights in the windows with your favorite beer brands: Pacifico and such. Osullivans is the life of this dreary place. The exception along with its neighbor. This is a port's bar and it's great. If you are ever in this shopping center I will know why.

They sell whole bunch of stuff, kitchen ware, medical stuff like masks, splints, pads etc. It gets REALLY cold inside, no heating whatsoever so make sure you bundle up so you can enjoy shopping. They also have small appliances, dresses, tiles, and more. I think it's a family run business. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They accepts cards for payment but cash is king here. Make sure you go to the ATM prior so you get an even better deal!

And I like it because I don't have to do long walks from one store to another. It has 3 food places, which include Starbucks. It's a closer outlet and it's not crowded. My type of outlet.
