VERY poor service on the admin/customer service side. I honestly don't know how they have 5 star reviews with the very poor experience I had with them for TWO MONTHS. Note: My complaint is NOT about how long the parts took to arrive-- that was not the problem. The main problems were: 1) extremely poor communication, 2) total non-responsiveness to a majority of my follow-up attempts, 3) I had to follow up multiple times to even get responses, multiple steps throughout, 4) showing up on my doorstep with no scheduled appointment (after I'd tried for weeks to get any updates from them), and 5) not making things right, zero acknowledgment and zero apology when I gave them the opportunity by directly letting them know of these issues. Other than their first response the first time I reached out (when they responded quickly to get my business), every single time after that, they were very unresponsive for the full 2 months it took to get our jacuzzi repair completed. I had to follow up with them MULTIPLE, MULTIPLE times to get responses EVERY SINGLE step along the way (and I would typically wait ~3-4 or more days in between attempts to get a response from them, so they had PLENTY of time to respond). When they did finally respond, each time, communication was lacking-- very short and not helpful/informative in their responses. This unresponsiveness and poor communication was consistent all throughout, starting in mid-June. Because of their unresponsiveness and LONG delays, it took a full 2 months from the time I initially contacted them to completion of the fairly simple repairs that needed to be done. If I hadn't followed up MULTIPLE times each step of the way, NOTHING would have gotten done. In addition to that-- for the first of a two-part repair, they had said they needed to wait for the part to come in and would let me know when it did. The first visit was June 19. I didn't hear anything for over a week and followed up on June 30. Zero response. Followed up again July 6. ZERO RESPONSE. Followed up AGAIN on July 7 (ALWAYS very polite on my end, by the way). FINALLY they responded. Finally they ordered the part that was needed in late July and said "once it's in we will schedule the repair." After ZERO additional communication from them, still waiting to hear when they would schedule the technician to come out once the part came in, the technician SHOWED UP ON OUR DOORSTEP WITH NO APPT. I had not been notified in ANY way-- phone, text, email-- NOTHING-- that they were finally ready to schedule the appt.-- they just SHOWED UP UNANNOUNCED!! We had company that day and we were not expecting the technician to come. Fortunately for Aqua System Pool & Spa Repair, we were home that day. Afterward, I let them know, politely but clearly, what had happened. They had SO many chances to make things right. But even then-- ZERO ACKNOWLEDGMENT OR APOLOGY. Ridiculous!!! They ended up needing to come back for a second repair to finish the job and for that one as well-- same old story... I had to follow up MULTIPLE TIMES to get a response from them and for them to commit to a time they would come. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service... and when they were notified of our experience, they still chose to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Terrible!!!

He responded quickly, took the time to thoroughly explain my options, and even walked me through how to apply for a rebate to help save money. His communication was excellent throughout the process. He followed up promptly and often replied early in the morning or late in the evening to make sure I had the information I needed. We received multiple estimates, and his pricing was among the fairest. In the end, we didn't move forward with Joseph because my aunt decided to go with someone who came highly recommended through a personal referral. That decision wasn't a reflection of Joseph's work. Based on my experience with him, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to him for a pool project.

I was contacted by Joel and he assured me that he can use his resources to find the parts needed to fixed my old unit and have it done at the fraction of the price of a new heater. He offered to test my water and clean my filter on the spot even before I hired him. I immediately loved James' attention to detail and his care for doing a great job and delivering a sparkling pool. He cleaned my filter and tested my pool and went on with the rest of his busy schedule. The next day, I was given a reasonable estimate for ridding my black mold and for servicing my three pools. We hired James. It's been three months now and we are impressed and over satisfied with how James delivered. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control. As far as our pool maintenance; each week we get an email from James with the results of the water testing, what chemicals he put in the pools to keep them at the right level, and a picture of our sparkling pools. Pools that looked dark and greenish before are now bright sparkly blue. Thank you James for being so amazing! You have taken a huge burden and stress away from us.
