It turned out to be a nightmare of a situation that was unsafe for my family and I called her crying saying we needed to sell immediately. She agreed and helped my family SO much over the following months. I've never met a nicer person who genuinely cares for her clients, not just as a means to an end. She values your time and cares about your family. Stephanie is so knowledgeable and confident in her job as an agent that she inspired me to possibly follow her footsteps for a future career! Lol. She found us a wonderful home during the WORST time to buy a home EVER, during a pandemic no less. She always rushed to view houses that just hit the market, she is a great negotiator, and she will fight for you if it comes down to that. He talked us through it and we were happy with our purchase. In 2007, Bill sold that house for us and sold us our second house. Same great experience. In 2017 (Bill had relocated over an hour south) I reached out to Bill because of my experiences with him and he again sold our home and sold us our third (and hopefully last) home. Bill answered The phone the first time I called and listen to me explain my frustration. He quickly made an appointment to go out to my house and do a walk-through. After thoroughly walked into the house we went back to his office to discuss why my house wasn't selling. He printed a bunch of paperwork and put it in front of me so I had a visual of what he was saying to me and what that meant. He took the time to answer all my questions and set up an appointment to go back out to the house to get it listed. Bill came out and took incredible photos of the inside and outside of the home and was kind enough to show me the photos of nature that he also has taken. ( he has quite the talent!!) The house was put on the market and quickly we got an amazing offer on the home. He took the time to explain to me the process after acceptance of what was going to happen next and a approximate time frame of when it would happen. He continued to contact and communicate each process with me and asked if I had any questions about it. I was amazed that I was never left in the dark and if I had any questions I could call him and he always answer if not call me immediately right back ( only once did he have to call me right back lol he answered every time) to answer my questions. After all of this we were closing almost 2 weeks early!!!! I was blown away especially in this market some people are closing two weeks late. He took the time to Call and explained the process of signing documents and what happens next. He explained the numbers and then we had a conversation on how I can make a sound decision on my future of finding A home out of state. He absolutely did not have to take the time to explain to me different options choices, and answer questions when he's not out of state realtor.(So obviously he would not make money off of that deal) I am truly blessed with all of his help with this process and information on The sale as well as future investment ( a home) in my life. I am around when people call in there is no push off they handle each call. We have a repair coordinator, 2 showing and problem handlers, amd an accounting person. I can not stop people that don't pay , don't pay on time, break the lease contract rules, from posting because they are angry because we did what we had to. I have to admit there is always the chance that something feel through the cracks and if that happens we bend over backwards to .make it right. Thank you for reading

We paid a deposit, first month's rent, and application fees. That's the only positive thing I can say. Here's the good stuff: Countless unanswered phone calls and emails. Each time we attempted to contact someone there was no reply the first or second time. Staff is only responsive during rent collection week. Try to talk to someone in the middle of the month? Forget about it. Walk in with a check for 2 grand the first or last day of the month? Greeted with a smile and their trusty receipt log. No follow through! Kind of ties in with the unanswered phone calls and emails. Once you actually get to speak with someone, you won't receive and answer until you ask about 3 or 4 more times. Poorly maintained homes. Very simple inexpensive repairs and replacements need done and probably will, on our dime. I'm 100% confident when I say that we're not going to be getting any of our deposit money back. We took excellent care of this house and even made some slight improvements. The people before us moved out and left things pretty...unclean. They were allowed to do this. After mentioning this we were told we already moved in so there's nothing they can do about it. We also asked about some of the appliances that weren't working properly and were completely ignored. Ended up making things work on our own which resulted in abnormally high utility bills. Did they help then? Absolutely not. Said it was our fault and WE SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR HELP. I absolutely love paying over $20,000 a year to live somewhere we get to call our home but pretty much can't breathe in without asking permission. We'd love to be home owners. However, owning a home is a privilege not everyone gets.
