I used to like this shop be I've been there several times but that stops TODAY. The front desk girl Jessica or Jasmin she is of Hispanic descent with dark brown hair is extremely unprofessional always has the RUDEST NASTIEST face whenever i walk in and see others walk in. She never greets anybody, she always looks like she doesn't wants to be there, if you ask her a question or trying to book a service at the front she acts like you are bothering her and you're the inconvenience as a paying customer. As regards to my car repair Hector one of the mechanics is extremely rude. He will cut you off in the middle of talking and make you feel like a inconvenience and is extremely condescending. I had several issues wrong with my car that Hector who is supposed to be the lead mechanic missed and did not fix. I had to go an ENTIRELY different shop in which they were extremely nice and have normal customer service standards that this shop doesn't even meet. Ive also heard Hector say disrespectful about customers behind customers back. The repairs i needed done could of turned catastrophic had it not been caught sooner, and could have potentially ruined my car. Hector was also extremely aggressive with my car i do not recommend going here for the terrible customer service and obviously poor work that they do, they do not care about your car. Ive seen hector argue aggressively with other workers and other people in this shop which goes to show the lack of professionalism here. I will not be returning here due to the poor morale or professionalism both upfront at the desk and by the technicians. I needed to have my car checked out to determine if my front or rear brake needed to be replaced. Turned out I only needed my front set replaced! They got me in and out in no time (about 2 1/2 hours)... I was able to leave while they worked on my car and they called me when my car was ready for pick up. Reasonable prices. I am stingy with my 5-star ratings. 4-star ratings are my positive ratings if I experienced no problems, service was as good as could be expected under whatever the circumstances may have been, the result of my visit was completely acceptable, I would return again and I would recommend an establishment to a friend. 3-star means I had a small problem or issue, and that I MIGHT return again to give them one more chance. I would also explain to any friend the jury was still out if asked for a recommendation. 2- and 1-star means I had what I felt were unnecessary issues, problems with a service or a product, and I would not return or recommend to a friend. Pros: complete repairs quickly. Mechanics will call to let you know what they find in a consistant professional manner. Cost is comparable if not less expensive than other shops. Had to have my alternator fixed and they finished in like 2-3hrs and didn't charge me some ridiculous price. Took my car in for an alignment, but was told it could not be done because there were other parts that needed to be replaced first including the control arm, ball bearings, inner tie rods, etc. They told me this would be $300 for parts and $800 for labor, so I told them to go ahead and bring my car down. Next day, I take my car to a different mechanic only to be told that NONE of those parts needed to be replaced, I simply needed my tires rebalanced and an alignment (paid $150 total). The Service from both the mechanics and owners is not professional. I went in for a tune-up $143.57, services were completed. I left out with my car shutting off for three days. Went back to have the problem corrected being the code was coming back as a "misfire" sparkplug. Instead of them saying they truly didn't know what the problem was, I walked out with an estimate for an additional $627.91 and was told it was my "flex plate". Went for a second diagnostic and the problem was resolved. The spark plugs needed re-gapping, and the computer system in my car needed to be programed. This is NOT the place if you are looking for true, honesty when it comes to auto work done by them and it requires them to go the extra mile to correct their mistake. read more

Quoted $153 and change to get my gear shift changed and mind you the part cost $12.99, so $140 included labor. They open at 8a and I got here at 8:16a. It's now 12:08p and the technician Bret can't remember how to put it back together. WTF!! no one bothered to say anything or give me an update on the progress, until I asked at 11:05a. Went to this business to get my tire repaired from a nail puncture. I was charged the wrong price, then was told I was confused by one of your mechanics. The same mechanic who had made a mistake from the night before. On the other hand the woman at the front desk kept it professional and was kind every time we've conversed. Went above and beyond to help a stranded motorist (me)! Traveling through Charlotte, hit object on freeway, flattened right side tires on my A6. Found these guys, called, they recommended a great flatbed towing service. Tires are fairly special, Continental 265/35/20, they searched and found them, drove an hour to pick them up, then balanced and installed same day. Awesome service as they didn't know me and I had never purchased from them. Defiiitely recommend! FYI, my tires were under warranty, mfr recommended Discount Tire, they told me I'd have to wait 5-7 business days for tires to arrive even after I told them I didn't live here. I'm done with national brands, go local wherever possible!! read more

The only thing (based on my experience) you can say about this place is that it might be on your way home from work. Otherwise, I can't say anything good about them. I dropped off brand new tires to be mounted on wheels. I can't recall what they charged, but I brought them home, put them on a vehicle, and the front tire would not hold air. Long story short, they tore the bead while installing. When they were confronted with it, the one guy used profanity, stating a number of reasons why it wasn't their fault, including that it had been run flat and that damaged the tire. These tires were literally brand new, swapped from a non-operational vehicle onto another. Then they lied about date of manufacture. Pointed out a number on the sidewall and claimed I was sold 7 year old tires. So I took it back to Discount Tire where I bought it. There the polite and respectful technician explained where the date really was, but offered that it was obviously not run flat (explained what it would look like if it had been), and he replaced the tire at no cost as I had a tire warranty, which didn't include the damage the tire sustained but he did so in the interests of customer service (a concept that doesn't exist at Fairway), and they mounted and balanced the new tire at no charge. So I would recommend Discount Tire (and possibly any other tire place) over this one. read more

I purchased a livingsocial voucher for this service. I called in advance and was told that there was no wait and to bring my car in a half hour. I got there on time, and the entire garage was full of cars being worked on, plus there were two people in the waiting area. The waiting area was small and dirty. The employee (from the prior phone call) told me that he does not honor living social smartphone vouchers. He said to wait for his manager. I waited 15 minutes. The manager then arrived and told me the same thing. When I insisted, that all livingsocial merchants use these, he told me that he had never seen one before. I asked if we could use his computer to print the voucher. (I could see the computer right behind the desk.) He told me no. I promptly called livingsocial and got a refund. I will take my business elsewhere where the service is friendlier. read more

I got my car tolled to this location on a Friday. I called and spoke with Hector Friday around 1:30 who was very rude. He stated they didn't have time to fix my car but he was able to quote me a price of $351.00. Hector stated that I needed a new starter. I called back and spoke with Scott who was very helpful. My husband called back to see what they were charging me. This place charges to do a system diagnostic even if you plan on getting your car serviced at their location which I think is crazy. If I am getting my car tolled to the location that obviously means I plan on getting them to fix my car as well. This place is a joke. I do not plan on getting any more work done at this location. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Jamal the technician did a great job with fixing my starter! Scott and Joe are nice. The lady at the front desk is sweet. However Hector needs to work on his customer service skills and should not be on the phone. read more
