They sold me a high-end battery, which they didn't have in stock, so someone delivered another battery. I didn't notice this for a few weeks, when I eventually popped the hood. A $300 battery. I was told it came with a warranty, but that was actually $100 of the total $300. I have never EVER paid this much for a battery and don't know why I did that day. Go for the quick and fair-priced oil change. Avoid buying anything not related to that.

He says, "Sir, pull in to this bay and I agree with you that faith does move mountains." He read the license tag on the front of my truck, but it was just good to know that I was receiving service from someone that cared to connect with the customer. Customer service is often hard to find these days. I felt as if someone cared that much to connect with me then surely they would also connect with my vehicle. I was also out of there in no time and they applied a veteran's discount. Really appreciated the service.

I visited this store twice to get an oil change on my previous car. So I decided to return to get an oil change for my new car. My worst mistake. To be clear, my car was not leaking oil until I brought it here. I stay up to date with all my car repairs. I brought my car in for an oil change on May 30th. A few days later I noticed an oil spill in my driveway. So I took it in on June 2nd to get it looked at. I was told, "It was our fault, we did not clean up everything, and I had a small valve cover gasket leak." I thought okay, let me go ahead and get that fixed. After driving 5 hours to another state, I once again noticed an oil leak under my car. I took it to another location on June 9th, who immediately called this location to figure out what had happened. The technician there told me the filter was installed improperly. I then drove home and still noticed my car was leaking. Tired of the back and forth, I took it to the dealership. They informed me that I needed a new oil filter housing due to the damage caused by the initial filter being improperly installed. Of course, I needed to be reimbursed, so I created a claim with customer care on June 10 for reimbursement for a driveway cleaning and the dealership bill. It's been almost two months and no one has reached out to me regarding the claim. I've spoken to countless customer care reps and upper management has not reached out. Except for the assistant store manager who said he would give me a callback. He did not. Management says they call but I have no voicemail or anything. They didn't call. They tell you anything to get you off the phone. Regarding the repair they only mentioned what was on the receipt, about all repairs having to go through Valvoline, meaning they couldn't care less. I even spoke to the store manager, who said the same thing. Honestly, who has the time to go back and forth, especially after I took my car there again to get it looked at a second time. Why would I take it there again, for you to tell me you fixed it and it will not be fixed? Please if you want to save money, a $30 oil change is not worth spending hundreds of dollars out of pocket later. Do yourself a favor and visit another location. Management is friendly until you have a problem. Don't be fooled by their friendly staff. They don't care about your car or your wallet. Do your research and find another location that will provide you with the care you deserve. I learned my lesson.

Add the proceeding to to buy the new option that was more expensive. She showed me a printout and that I would need an oil filter that cost $35 and that the Groupon only covered oil filter filters that cost $5.99. This was a huge increase in price. I agreed to proceed with the oil change entire rotation options that were reflected in my Groupon, and that will be honored by Meineke. Change, the receptionist pulled me to the back and suggested that I get a cleaning done which would normally cost $20 and that she would discount it to $9.99. Yet again increasing the price from the original $40 that I paid for my Groupon. Check out the price grew from $40-$93, needless to say I feel cheated. I feel lied too, and I feel taking advantage of. This leaves me feeling like mechanics are bigger liars than lawyers, because if you knew that you weren't going to honor the Groupon in any way then why advertise it. I would have felt a little bit better if they had given me a bit of a discount from the full price, but there was no discount given outside of the extra service(cleaning), which I did not come there to receive. They also failed to honor the Tire rotation that was reflected on my Groupon. It wasn't done, and the receptionist instructed me to get the rotation on the next visit. On another note, the staff is uncommonly unfriendly. I must've walked by at least six employees and only the female worker would speak to me or acknowledge me now I've come to expect this if there is a language barrier between me and the workers, but this was not that sort of situation. I will never recommend this shop to anyone that I know, and I hope that this review finds the owner of the shop and its employees, and motivates them to uphold a professional & honest standard. What was good? The softness of the receptionist, but she was most likely taught to have great bedside manner in order to swindle their customers. The bathroom was clean. It took over an hour to do service that was projected to take 45 minutes, and I had an appointment at 9:00 AM.

I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! After I came, a few cars arrived. Glad I came when I did because there was only 2-3 men working the car wash side. Luckily since I read other reviews and their website, I knew what wash I wanted. I went with the Manager's Special. My car was vacuumed, tires sprayed, "pressure rinsed" and ran through the wash. It was hand dried and wiped down on the inside. Windows were cleaned inside and out. Tires were glossed and rims were wiped down. Cash and cards are taken for payment, but if you want to tip your attendant, have cash. There is no way to add a tip when paying. There is an atm at the gas station next door if needed. My car looks very clean and attention was given to the details. I would come here again!

I have not seen Mike in years and not sure if he is still active in the business. This last service might be my last. Went in for a general tune-up and left $1400 in the hole with another $1000 quoted to fix an oil leak (90% labor) which I chose not to do. Part of the $1400 included new breaks and 2 new tires. The breaks have been squeeking ever since and I have avoided bringing it back. The $1000 oil leak has not shown itself. Before this experience, the last few were noticeably different in how I was spoken to and treated, but I thought they always did great work at a good price. Now, I am not so sure it hasn't become just like any other "buyer beware" service garage.
