The lady working check-in was also working the dining room/lounge and cleaning tables. I asked her about this and she said her co-worker called in (not sure if that meant they called they would be late or not coming in)... Sounds like a very unreliable, selfish, and typical millennial employee is her co-worker who would leave this lady to work alone. What if this lady "called in" too - then the club wouldn't open at all. Anyway, they need to get rid of her co-worker and get a more reliable person to help this lady.
