This year I ordered a cake for my daughter on a Monday to pick up on a Wednesday at 4pm. I show up for a Minii Cupcake Cake with Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream I'm told after almost 45 minutes of waiting that the cake wasn't made due to some issues with their computer systems. So I give them another shot to do it correctly cause my daughter still wanted the cake and scheduled to pick it up on a Friday. I'm then called Friday morning telling me they don't have strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I ask to speak with the manager and after some discussion I'm told by the manager of Baskin Robins will be able to fulfill the order by using quart containers of the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I show up pickup the cake on time I am even caught by the cake decorator giving me tips on how to store the cake. When I get home the cake ice cream is extremely melted (something I've never experienced with the prior 5 years worth of cakes approximately 5 cakes) not only is it melted but the ice cream is very strawberry not strawberry cheesecake. This particular store has really gone down the tubes and I won't ever be purchasing from them again. I'd avoid going to this particular store for your child's cake unless you want some very disappointed children.
