I came here after my regular lash girl wasn't available & I needed my lashes done asap. Although they were really nice and my lashes looked good the first few days I started to notice that they kept falling off it's been a week and a half and about 50% of my eyelashes have fallen off they fall as soon as I brush with a spooly. Obviously it's normal for them to fall but a week and a half in and half of them are already gone? Either their glue isn't good or they didn't do a good job after all because when I get them done it takes about a month sometimes longer for half of them to be gone.

I absolutely LOVE Daisy! I've been coming to her for a few months now and I just LOVE her work. I came to her as a newbie. I had no idea what I wanted, I just knew I wanted something more natural but you could still see something, you know what I mean? [[HIGHLIGHT]]She did a full consultation my first time, explained the different eyelashes, mapping, etc.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] she also noticed I had curled my eyelashes a few months back and she let me know upfront my eyelashes wouldn't last long due to the curve and explained once the "perm" was out of the eyelash they would last longer. And she was right! I go every two weeks for a fill and each time less fall out. I get so many compliments now on my eyelashes and have pretty much gone all natural for the summer season and these eyelash make me feel a lot more put together. Definitely recommend getting your lashes done with Daisy! She did amazing work my lashes feel so light and do not bother my vision at all. I did the 3D-5D with wispy and they came out amazing! I can wear my glasses with no problems! :)

Tried so many places and I'm always disappointed. By either the service or the job. Been coming here ever since I found them. Everything is always amazing!! Jin is very good at what she does! I love Fairylady Eyelash. The lash studio is clean and relaxing. I usually fall asleep when they are working on me. Ｉusually got my lashes done by Jin and Daisy! They are really nice and patient with me through out the process. Definitely will come again! The location is a little hard to find because google maps sends you to a different part of the building but they send a video to help. This was my second time ever getting my eyelashes done, and I got them done by Diana who was super nice, attentive, caring, and professional. I was able to snag an appointment to get my lash extensions done before my two week vacation. While my lashes were not exactly what I was looking for, I still think they're quite nice! My only qualm is that I feel that my lashes are uneven but this could also be due to my natural lashes being uneven. To me, one outer corner is more noticeably empty than the other. My friends couldn't tell though until I pointed it out. While my eyes are open though, it looks more even and natural. The process of getting the extensions done was really nice though! Daisy took such good care to make sure that I was comfortable and that my eyes were not irritated. My eyes weren't red or itchy at all after finishing. I also didn't feel like she was poking my eye at all, really gentle. The area was clean and relaxing, I had a little blanket and I think I fell asleep for a couple seconds... I think she was booked back to back (this place has a loyal clientele list!) and was running a little behind, so I felt a little rushed at the end of my appointment. I barely got the chance to look at my lashes before needing to exit. Overall though, I think their quality is super good while their prices are way more competitive than other places. I'll need to see how these lashes hold over my trip before deciding if I want to do a refill!

They're really good for the natural look, but I wish they placed more spikes. English is not their first language so I was not able to communicate with what I wanted. I very surprised that they didn't properly prep the lashes or clean off my make up before starting. I wish they told me their glue is a 24 hour drying one before starting the process. Since I had come straight from work I felt icky since I can't put water on my lashes 24 hours. I just felt like the process was very rushed and the prices on the menu are not updated, plus she didn't really tell me the price until it was over. I've had better lashes and services for under 90$ read more

This quaint shop is in a building amongst other suites. It has a big H on the outside so you don't miss it. Upon entering, the soft color palette and dulcet tones instantly soothe and calm you. Jin Chu is my lash technician of choice. She is AH-MAZING. I was pretty happy with my old lash place but, ever since Jin skillfully started doing my lashes, I couldn't look back. She has the gentlest touch. Before you know it, you wake up to luscious lashes because of her deft hand. One salon I went to only lasted me 10 days. I came to Jin because I saw so many great reviews- and they were right. At the 2 week mark, I could tell that the lashes could definitely last another week. She is clearly a master at her craft. She has a steady hand, works quickly, and ensures your every comfort. Literally fell in LOVE after my first session here. Jin perfected the look I wanted and she was so gentle the entire process! Both Jin & Lily are my absolute go to when it comes to my lashes! I've now gone to them a couple times and I never leave disappointed. They both are good with asking for exactly what you want and delivering on it. Personally, I like my lashes to be on the more natural looking side, yet still noticeable. My problem with other places it that they would still look very dramatic no matter what I requested. But here, it really always comes out beautiful & I have many friends that are always admiring how natural and enhanced they look. Definitely you will not regret coming here! I'd recommend calling before you go -- even if you already made an appointment online. I booked a lash extension appointment online for 4:45 PM and even received a confirmation message. When I arrived, the lash salon was completely closed. I called the number listed on Yelp, and the lady told me the lash artist would arrive in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. While I was getting my lashes done, another customer arrived for her 6 PM appointment, but there wasn't another lash artist available. She was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours, so she ended up having to cancel and reschedule her appointment. This honestly showed poor scheduling and communication. As for the lash quality, I've had lash extensions many times before and followed all aftercare instructions carefully -- no water for 24 hours, no oily skincare or makeup, and no rubbing or pulling lashes. Despite that, my lashes started falling out almost immediately. In less than a week, around 70% of the lashes had already fallen out. The design was also uneven. The lash artist finished my left eye first, then while working on my right eye, she randomly went back and added more to the left side, which made the wispy style look uneven and unnatural. They did give me a $10 discount for being late, but with the inconvenience, poor scheduling, and disappointing quality, I won't be returning.

Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. Consumers have a right to know how concerns regarding sanitation, customer treatment, and professionalism are handled at this establishment. The staff here are super nice and the ambiance of the salon is serene and calming, which made the entire process even more enjoyable! When I did the refill a week or so later with my original tech and she was able to work in the thinner lashes and honestly I kinda really liked that look. They have the very thin lightweight lashes and I always upgrade for those. It's like $20-$25 more and totally worth it. Pros- You get a private room. The tech I go to has great bedside manner and is quick. Easy to make appts over text. I've even made appts the day prior. They are open every weekend, at decent times. The glue doesn't irritate my eyes. The refill prices (done by per week) seems reasonable and I don't mind it much. (I do have to go by week 2 though). The herbal place next door makes some awesome drinks and I kinda want one right now. Cons- They are kinda far from me imo....30mins. I was hoping they would have a hacienda location per the original groupon stated but they send me to diamond bar every time. They don't have specials for returning customers. The lashes do start falling out a bit the first week, but nothing too crazy. For some reason my right eye is always filled less than my left and I do feel like she does my right eye faster. Maybe next time I'll ask her to do my right eye first and see what happens. I'm trying to find a lash place closer to me, but honestly I may give up and just continue going here.

I'd recommend calling before you go -- even if you already made an appointment online. I booked a lash extension appointment online for 4:45 PM and even received a confirmation message. When I arrived, the lash salon was completely closed. I called the number listed on Yelp, and the lady told me the lash artist would arrive in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes. While I was getting my lashes done, another customer arrived for her 6 PM appointment, but there wasn't another lash artist available. She was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours, so she ended up having to cancel and reschedule her appointment. This honestly showed poor scheduling and communication. As for the lash quality, I've had lash extensions many times before and followed all aftercare instructions carefully -- no water for 24 hours, no oily skincare or makeup, and no rubbing or pulling lashes. Despite that, my lashes started falling out almost immediately. In less than a week, around 70% of the lashes had already fallen out. The design was also uneven. The lash artist finished my left eye first, then while working on my right eye, she randomly went back and added more to the left side, which made the wispy style look uneven and unnatural. They did give me a $10 discount for being late, but with the inconvenience, poor scheduling, and disappointing quality, I won't be returning.
