I have a basset hound so she is grouped with the big dogs due to weight although she is much smaller than most the other dogs in size so I think that's why she wasn't very playful or social (which is extremely out of the ordinary). My dog is very timid/scared around strangers but he has no problem running away with all of them and being pet by them. They've always made me and him feel very comfortable and confident with their care. Three of my favorite parts of camp bow wow are: 1) themed weeks. Each week the theme for camp changes and that includes sounds, smells, activities, etc. It's very fun! 2) all the activities! They offer so many group activities and one-on-one enrichment opportunities. My dog lives for water days and ball pit days - cannot get enough! I included a photo they snapped on their instagram. Pure joy. 3) cameras and photos!! They post so many photos throughout the day to social and they're all soooo cute. You can also watch a live feed of each room to check on your pup throughout the day. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! 10 out of 10!

I was extremely nervous about the 10-day window from USDA health certificate to the flight, but everything arrived in a timely matter without any difficulties. Krystal was indeed an amazing agent, and she kept me abreast of everything I needed and when to have it to her. She handled the entire process except for my regular veterinary and the USDA veterinary appointments which I took care of. Now, that it is over, I can say I would have much more stressed if I had to have done it all myself. The work they did to get my dog here was worth every cent and it kept me sane. My dog made it without distress; she slept most of the way and was quite comfortable. The assistants, Maria at Orlando Airport and Elaine at Tocumen in Panama, were both exceptional with my dog. Everyone understood my stress level and were compassionate and accomodating throughout the process. I am a happy woman to have completed trip.

One day, we got a message saying the dogs received all of their medications...we freaked bc we never told them to give our dogs medications! Then they back pedaled and said they did not give our dogs meds, they were confused with other dogs. What?! I also requested the time to be no later than 11:30/12...many times they came at 1pm, a couple times at 1:30. I go to work at 7am so this was a huge problem and I didn't really appreciate being lied to. I felt like they didn't respect me and my love for my dogs. Bad vibes all around.
