We had 2 meet and greets before his board & train which allowed us and our pup Colby to feel super comfortable with his stay with her. She listened to all of our many questions and was so kind in explaining everything to us. Throughout Colby's stay we were given tons of updates + photos & videos with descriptions of what he's working on and how we can continue it at home. In addition to his training he got to socialize and work on agility which he LOVED!!! Colby just got home a few days ago (yay!) and we are so impressed with the changes we've seen with his leash skills and reactivity. Christy did a demo for us when Colby got back home plus she sent a super thorough email with tons of tips, resources and recommendation. After about 10 minutes, someone finally came to the front counter. After the other person was helped and left, the staff member asked me how she could assist me with a smile. I informed her that I was there for grooming and she directed me to the back area of the store. When I entered the grooming area, the lady greeted me with a smile. She recognized me because I was there at my appointment time. She asked me to sign the disclaimer/policy document, which I did. Then, she came over to take my dog and said I would receive a text 20 minutes before my dog was ready so I could return. She went into the back and started working on my dog. Roughly 1.5 hours later, I received the text and headed over to pick up my dog. When I arrived, the same lady was there and promptly went into the back to get my dog. She asked if I wanted an electronic receipt, and I said yes. I paid and left. Pros: 1. The staff was friendly and welcoming. 2. The lady in the grooming area was friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. 3. The price was reasonable for the service provided. Cons: 1. It would be better if someone was always at the front desk to greet people coming in and prevent dishonest people from stealing items. 2. I received a text with a link to the receipt, but it's just a web receipt, so I don't have a way to save it. I would prefer an email version so I can save it to my email folders.

Milo even ran back to Andrea after he was done, something he had never done before. He's usually running the other way. Milo's mood was much calmer after the appt, than previous groomer appts.

I was thrilled to hear there was such a convenient way to clean her teeth without putting her at risk. It was so easy to schedule, once I resubmitted a request online, they texted me right away to schedule and could come within the week. When Patty arrived to my home, she addressed all of our concerns and got to know Stella. It only took about an hour and once she was done, she texted me before & after photos and a cute video of her giving love to Stella during the teeth cleaning. Her teeth turned out even better than I could have hoped for. They were so much cleaner than I thought they could be and her breath was instantly better. I'm so grateful for Patty and Bright N Shine and will definitely be calling them again to clean my other babies teeth!
