In just 8 months I have improved by gut health tremendously (night and day), I have lost over 25 lbs and don't feel as much inflammation as before, I have been able to balance my insulin and lower my bad cholesterol, and with her help I've been able to start regulating several of my hormones which we discovered I had severely unbalanced due to my PCOS which have caused my irregular cycles and infertility issues. She was carful in customizing a plan just for my needs. She is also very mindful of doing things progressively to not shock your body and feel good while going through healing. While Naturopathic care is not covered by many insurances and it can get rather expensive, it is truly so WORTH IT to actually see true results and find and fix the core problem.
