I also thought it was a bit strange that they use paper plates and wrap them in plastic wrap instead of your more traditional takeout container. The tacos themselves were good. We asked them to fix it or redo the order and the cashier said all we are gonna do is add pineapple and then charge you 15.00. (Obviously the order was keyed in incorrectly). We said no, we will take it as is. They issued a credit for our trouble. Then the "new order of loaded fries" came out WITH AIOLI!!. Gross! They went into the garbage, and we left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. So it cost $44 to get one order that was correct and that we split and enjoyed. Side note... After placing our order, we watched multiple guests place their orders, receive their orders and for the 3 that were to stay 2 of them (1 family of 4 and one party of 3), sat, ate their meals and left before we got our food. The girl that brought us our order was super sweet and friendly...the only one that night that was customer focused. Very sad because I was so disappointed I will not be back.
