    Shrimp tacos

Superica is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants! Not only are the chips gluten free in a dedicated gluten free fryer but the salsa is warm and amazing. They serve the sides family style (huge portions) and the servers were very knowledgeable to allergy needs. I love their shrimp tacos they aren't overly spicy but have a great Smokey flavor. The drinks are always great and the restaurant is always very clean. Both the bar and dining room are a fun atmosphere for date night or a group dinner.

Super cute spot in Winter Park with fresh, delicious Tex-Mex. Way too much food for 1 person, but would be perfect for groups. Thankfully, they let me take my extras home with me. Incredibly friendly staff with accommodating service, and also fantastic cocktails.

This spot was pretty cool. The majority of the stuff is cooked in wood fire and you can tell with the smokiness you get with the food. The server was very helpful with helping us choose the drinks and the food. We sat outside but the inside was very nice. Of the sampler the shrimp wrapped in bacon was great and so was the potbelly that you have to try with the bbq sauce.

I made a reservation for a Thursday night and the host was nice enough to ask if we wanted inside or outside. Our waiter came to our table immediately. He asked if we were celebrating anything special and I did mention my friend's birthday was the next day. Throughout the entire meal, service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive, very personable, warm and quick. They provide unlimited chips and four different salsas. The chips are crispy, thin and delicious. For my meal, I ordered a salad and it was packed with flavor and texture. It's absolutely one of my favorite dishes on the menu. They also provide unlimited beans and rice for the table. For dessert, they brought us a free tres leches to celebrate my friend's birthday. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm already looking forward to going back!

We just had drinks and the chips with salsa for happy hour and the chips here are top notch. Love that they provide two types of salsas. It was perfect because we had some that don't enjoy spicy and some that love it (me!). The service was excellent and super friendly! She refilled our chips which was super nice of her. We sat outside on the patio and it was the perfect day for it! They seem to be pet friendly on the patio and plenty of space for a large party or your dog!

I've heard a lot about this place from coworkers. It did not disappoint! We came here for a work lunch and everything was prepared well and timely. They offer unlimited rice and beans that are served family style. The chicken fajitas I ordered were done very well and had plenty of flavor. Service was good. The ambiance and vibe were very good and modern too.

We had such a great night at Superica! From the moment we sat down, Shane took incredible care of us -- super attentive, great energy, and spot-on recommendations. We started with the guacamole, which was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Pro tip: if you're not in the mood for super spicy, ask for the serrano peppers on the side. It lets you control the heat without missing out on the flavor. The hibiscus margaritas with a tajín rim were absolutely next level -- sweet, tangy, with just the right kick from the tajín. For dinner, I had the beef picadillo enchiladas and WOW. So rich, flavorful, and completely satisfying. We ate way more than we planned and left happily stuffed. Shane was fantastic all night -- quick, friendly, and on top of everything... he only forgot my plates . We'll let it slide because everything else was that good (just an inside joke). Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

    Fajitas for 4

Loved Superica. Decor and ambiance were on point. Queen was our server and she was AMAZING. Everything we had from drinks to food was delicious and abundant. The fajitas for 4 was easily enough for 6 people. Would definitely go back when we are in town.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday and I arriived before noon was pleasantly surprised Superica has their own parking lot and no valet option (kind of nice for a change)! Very modern chic entrance and nice open clean restaurant. Simple menu with Brunch menu available. Unfortunately no hot tea or hot chocolate are on the menu and the hortchata was not available this day. However our server was fantastic and went out of his way, they went next door to Paris Bakery and got a hot Chocolate!! talk about exceptional service! Complimentary Chips and Salsa ( 4 different kinds of Salsa) are served and the Chips are light with the perfect amount of Saltyness - literallly could just eat the chips! Ordered - - Steak Arrachera Fajitas - small portion - great seasoning on the fajitas and the steak were cut into thick strips, portion size enough for 1 person. Served with Rice, Beans, choice of tortillas (flour or corn), Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Guacamole and Pico de Gallo and lettuce. definitely would order this again! - Ensalada "Superica" with Chicken - Huge salad already dressed and not overly dressed with Chicken - enough to share! Coke products for the Win!!!!

The best fajitas in town! The steak is incredibly tender and has amazing flavor. The housemade flour tortillas are an excellent pairing along with the array of salsas provided. The staff was very accommodating and made me a hibiscus mojito as I am not a fan of grapefruit. Servers are also very attentive and consistently checkup on everyone. Loved the matchboxes at the hostess stand along with the postcards that came with our receipt. One thing to note - the past few times I've been the butter for the fajitas was not provided which is disappointing because it's SO good and a necessity.

Super-duper Superica! So, as someone who eats out frequently in the Winter Park area, I was pleasantly shocked to find out a seemingly "new" Mexican restaurant popped up in my area. We ventured in tonight and found the interior so lovely and fun, filled with nods to vintage western decor and stuffed real animals. It has a real Tex Mex feel. The menu is full of really lovely options, priced a little above average, but worth it for the unique presentation and option. I ordered nachos with queso as an appetizer. My hubs got the spicy shrimp cocktail and the chili burger (hamburgesa). The kid got hard tacos. They served a variety of salsas and beans and rice come family style on a lazy Susan in the middle of the table. I also loved that they had a mocktail menu for January. The food was delicious and our server, Melvy was really attentive, kept our drinks filled, and tended to all our needs with a smile. We love great service, so thank you! We will be back!

We have walked past Superica several times, and this time we are so happy we ventured in. The restaurant is really spacious and it is noce that the tables are not on top of each other. We grabbed seats at the bar and were quickly greeted by one of the friendly bartenders. We looked at the Brunch menu which has several great options but decided to get some tacos instead. We orderd both shrimp and chicken tacos which both had great flavor. The rice and refied beans were alos very good. All in all we enjoyed our lunch at Superica and it will be on our regular go to list. Tasty Travels!

We really enjoyed this spot in Winter Park! My reasoning for 4 stars is only because of the cocktails. In my opinion, they're incredibly pricey for what you get and they also weren't anything special as far as taste. Other than that, the atmosphere is nice and the service was good. The free chips and salsa was great with two different salsa options. My husband and I shred the burger and chicken enchiladas, both were good but the "Hamburguesa" was the star of the show! It's thin patties with chili sauce and omg it was delightful. We would come back for this alone.

Is there outdoor seating for bringing Fido? ;)?

Yes, there is a small patio section

Are there any gluten free options?

Yes! Many GF choices on menu, and I had no symptoms indicating they 'crossed over' with cooking method.

This comes with rice and refried beans. When served, the entree came with 6 flautas which to me seemed like a decent portion. I was very disappointed though because there was barely any meat inside each one and I swear there was no cheese. Which cheese makes the dish. They were extremely dry and I only ate like 2. The rice and beans made up for the dish. I appreciate the salsa and chips that get brought out to each table.

But, I wouldn't have ordered it as a side. I did order "The 214 Ceviche" as my app and happily devoured it all myself. The lime juice serrano pepper cured Red Snapper was very fresh, and I especially enjoyed it complimented by red onion, avocado and cilantro. So fresh! We chose Taco dishes for our main courses. The Very Veggie vegan tacos hit the taste buds with full flavor. Black beans, sautéed veggies, and the citrus dressing sparkled. At this time, the restaurant was quiet, but by the time we left the place was packed. It should be noted we left at closing time as we had such a fun and enjoyable experience. Our happiness (and the fact we spent almost seven hours here) was due to our server, Emily B. Although Emily told us she has only been working as a server here for the last two weeks, I think she will have a great run at this location. She has an effervescent personality and was easy to talk to and laugh with, which she displayed to all of her customers. Obviously, we became good friends with her throughout the night. Emily allowed us to have a tasting of various wines to determine which one we would like to select for the evening. We went with the Adelsheim Pinot Noir ($88 a bottle) to start the night. We ordered the Bacon Wrapped Dates (serving of three), the Burrata (a combination of cheese, basil pesto, tomatoes and balsamic dijon vinaigrette on wood grilled ciabatta bread), the Tuna Crudo (seared ahi tuna with cucumbers, pineapple and cilantro) and a board consisting of Spanish style salame and aged Gouda cheese. The board also had roasted almonds and honeycomb, along with the bread. As the night continued, we ordered another bottle of the Pinot Noir and a second helping of the fantastic Burrata. We appreciated the fact that we were not rushed from our table as we were allowed to have a relaxing and enjoyable evening of great conversation. At the end of the night, Emily provided us with a slice of olive oil citrus cake on the house. (What a thoughtful touch!) It was a heavenly ending to the evening and went well with our wine selection.
