I order chicken, omitted the rice & beans, added more onions & peppers plus cheese sauce. The onions & peppers come crunchy so if you wanted them cooked all the way, just let them know. My husband ordered the Chiles Steak Rellenos and enchiladas. He said it was the best he had ever had. The employees were all so great and the food portions are on the large size.
