Before I went there, I specifically asked them to let me know in advance if the promotion they were advertising was not 100% accurate, so I wouldn't waste my valuable time. They replied, "We won't waste your time." So I went there, and as soon as I arrived and showed them the promotion in question, I was told, "We sold the last car we had exactly one hour ago." (How surprising.) They then offered me another vehicle for an additional $100 per month. They went to get the car, and I waited almost half an hour. We looked at the vehicle, agreed on a price, and I confirmed several times that the price included everything. The lovely woman who works there even went to the manager to make sure that was indeed the case and that we were talking about the exact same vehicle they had gone to get and shown me. They said yes. I was already filling out my information, literally seconds away from them running my credit, when--surprise!--the "great" manager suddenly said he couldn't give me the car at the agreed-upon price because it was an expensive vehicle (even though this was the exact car they had shown me and that we had discussed). He said I needed to pay more. People who seem determined to make money at any cost, rather than treat customers honestly and fairly. They take customers' time for granted and try to squeeze as much money out of them as possible. A very unpleasant experience overall. Stay away from this place.

I started having some very common water pump and vacuum system problems with my beloved 718 Cayman S a few weeks ago - these are well documented issues with the car, but can be very difficult to diagnose and truly fix. When I first started having problems, I decided to go to another shop in the area to get a diagnosis to figure out what was going on. That shop gave me a lot of stress and very little confidence that we would get the issues sorted any time soon, so I decided to come here and met with Amir. Again, the vacuum issues on a 718 especially can be a bit complicated to diagnose. From the moment I started working through these issues with Amir, he was very good on communication, transparency, and did not in any way run up a bill of other random things just to try to get more money. He sent me photos every step of the way of what was being done to my car, communicated on parts coming in, etc - I felt very comfortable having my car there. When Porsche took longer than they had promised us to get a part in, Amir made the wait much easier by helping me out with a rental. The car was driving beautifully after I picked it up, but I ended up with a fault code again and I had to come back in - I don't fault Amir/the shop for this at all, 718 vacuum issues can be very complicated and oftentimes there is no "issue" left other than a ghost code. The experience of coming back here to diagnose why this code came back actually solidified my confidence in this shop - they were once again extremely transparent and very considerate in making my second visit quick and painless. I reached out a third time and spoke to Stephanie again. * 6:00 PM (Northridge Toyota Service Department closing time) After being placed on hold by Stephanie for 10 solid minutes, the line went dead. She simply hung up on me. To treat any customer this way is wildly unprofessional, but to treat a loyal, repeat buyer like an afterthought is completely unacceptable.
