Enterprise Car Sales

I bought a used Chrysler Pacifica from enterprise car sales in Gilbert. Within less than a year,…read morebut fortunately, while barely still under warranty, the transmission completely went, requiring a full replacement to the tune of nearly $15,000. Not quite a year later, we are again experiencing engine issues and the passive idol system through which the car shuts off went out of traffic. Light is completely disabled, and the car won't turn over. Today I had to have it towed to my mechanic. Considering I put about $7000 down and financed another approximately $24,000. I should not be having these problems within about 18 months of the purchase. The warranty is expired and it is on me, but I do not want others to make the same mistake I did. I have learned that there was information about the condition of the vehicle that was not shared with me and now because of its condition, I am underwater on my loan. I would never, and I emphasize never buy a car through enterprise car sales again. They make the stereotype jokes about used car salesmen seem very appealing. I feel that I was duped and got stuck with a lemon.

The reality is, everything is for sale - for a price. Everything…read more I am currently renting a car that I want(ed) to purchase. I told them that even though it is on the higher side of miles and has some dings / dents I wanted pricing and to likely buy it. It took two full business days to give me a BS reason for a "no" and the usual used car salesman attempts to sell me something else. Don't assume people are stupid or are still buying the COVID nonsense. I'm not interested. I also already got a loan and purchased a vehicle (exactly what I wanted) for a better price than they were offering on an older vehicle with more miles. This all occurred in less than four hours without my leaving my desk today. Don't waste your time.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! What a great experience we had with Karsten…read moreand Moore Auto Here's my story My son ( unbeknownst to me) was looking to replace my 2011 MKT ( three years of repairs; $20k, another story) He had seen a listing for 'free supercharger' Tesla, By the time he went to view this car it lwas 'sold' But what he did find was even better! A 'full self driving' Tesla (2021 Y) He took it for a test drive only to find that the air conditioner was weak. He passed this information on to Logan, the salesman and Logan said that they would fix the issue before selling the car. Daniel, the repair/tesla service technician didn't just 'fix' the problem but he ended up replacing the air conditioning system. They could have so easily put coolant into the system and said' here you go' but they didn't Our 'out the door cost', including tax and fees was $19k. When you realize the FSD mode ($8k) and the air conditioner replacement ( no less than $2k) we got the deal of the decade. I don't understand the negative reviews, but we have nothing but the highest praises for this small dealership Thank you Logan, Daniel and Alyssa

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2019 Ford F-250 Platinum from this dealership from out of state. I…read moreasked for pictures and videos of the truck which all looked great. I also asked if the truck needed anything which they said it did not. When i received the truck via a transport company, i immediately noticed issues. The driver seat controls didn't work, steering wheel position adjustments didn't work, passenger side mirror adjustments didn't work, one of the cameras for the birds eye view camera didn't work, the tailgate is stuck shut and wont release, and the speakers were completely blown. The truck showed up completely filthy (specifically the interior) and the truck was out of diesel and DEF fluid. They didn't even change the oil on the truck. The dealer charged me $600 for the transport, saying that's what the shipping company was charging. But when i signed the invoice during delivery the driver showed me that they only charged $450. When i brought up these issues to the dealer, Tanner stated that i should take it to the Ford dealership to get fixed. Then he stated that he "cant be of much help". So obviously i will be stuck paying out of pocket for all the issues with the truck. I guess its my fault for trusting a dealer and buying something sight unseen. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Wow, where do I even begin. Here comes a long post…read more I'm opening a start up resale clothing store. It's not for the weak, and it's not cheap. I sold my previous business and haven't had income since January. My most loved possession is my 23 lifted bronco on 37s. I've put so much work into her and had incredible times. In order to fund this business more, I needed more money. Weighed all my options, and it was in my best interest to trade in my Bronco. I was originally going to private sell it and then buy something outright, but I needed money in my pocket. While searching online for Tesla's (yes I'm crazy) my boyfriend recommended the Mach E. I was dead set on a Tesla, but went to see a Mach E he saw at Bill Like San Tan. It was one of a few listed around AZ with amazing miles. I was only going to sell the Bronco if it made sense. I don't like dealerships. Let's face it, I'm a small female and often get taken advantage of. I think with my heart and not my head. From the moment I walked into Bill Luke, I felt like I mattered. They took me seriously and didn't treat me like "oh, she'll never buy. She can't afford this" helps to mention I showed up in a beat up ford focus that is our second car. Definitely made me worry what they would think. They paired me with Angel, and I'm so glad they did. He was kind, listened to my needs, and immaturely showed me the Mach W as it was all I was interested in. Not once did he try to push something on me. I was transparent that I wasn't going to buy that day as the boyfriend needed to come see it. That didn't bother Angel at all. We ran the numbers for my Bronco and it wasn't quite where I needed to be. He asked his sales manager what he could do, and they were able to go up a bit on my Bronco. Those numbers definitely helped. I forget the sales managers name, but so polite, transparent, and informative. I had Angel's number and told him I'd get the boyfriend and be back that night. I left the dealership and picked up a friend a mile down the street. And then... my focus completely died. Shaking, noise and about 5 seconds to pull over. Called the boyfriend who would come with a jump. I texted Angel as he was down the street asking if he knew any reasonable tow companies. He didn't, but he offered to come jump me! Who does that? I didn't even purchase anything yet and he was willing to help. That's just him being a good human which is so rare these days!! We ended up not making it in as it was towed. I kept Angel in the loop and texted him when I was heading in. He was just as great as the day before. Even more knowledgeable and personable. Not a shark to say the least. They checked my Bronco, and everything was good to go. Then the scary part, do we even qualify? It was better that I finance the Mach W and take the remaining money back in a check. But we still needed to qualify. Sigh of relief, we qualified. They sent us to see Brian and finance and that man Is a hoot. So funny, extremely personable, not sharky at all, and tons of great laughs. He didn't sell me anything I didn't need. He did find us an awesome tire package that completely made sense for me but we didn't take any other packages or warranties. It was a seamless project. He was able to get us a rate of 7.49 but thought he could do better. We gave him some banks we wanted to work with, some got back to him, some did not. He's going to let us know today what they say but lowest rate right now is 7.49 and I'm thrilled with that. Payments are so affordable. Hoping for some good news today, but WOW. I hate car dealerships. I hate the long financing process. I have a short attention span. These gentlemen made it so easy and brought the laughs. Left the bronco with them, took the Mach E, and title was signed over. I'll get my check this week to find my new business, and I have a smooth, sexy, electric car to drive instead of spending 400-500 a month on gas. These guys came in clutch! You ABSOLUTELY have to ask for them. Not saying everyone there isn't good, but these guys are Tony the Tiger GRRREEEEAT. Will absolutely be back, and recommend them as their used cars are in ammmmazing condition. Thank you gentlemen. It was truly a pleasure!!! Sincerely, Blonde Morgan with dad jokes and a bad driver
