During the pandemic, I had Dan as my driver to and from work each day as our company required us to keep working from the office. Both of his cars were always kept in an utmost pristine state. They always had a brand new car smell and the seats, handles, etc were spotless. Dan is the most skilled and safe driver I've ever seen, especially in extreme weather that we see in Chicago. He is ALWAYS 15-30 min early even if there's a blizzard outside and he's traveling an hour into the city. With respect to covid, Dan takes social distancing / safety very seriously. The car is always fully disinfected before and after each ride. The seats are fully wiped down and he always wears a mask / requires his passengers to do so. Genuinely can't say enough about this company. I hired them for an hourly service (~8 hrs total) to make an engagement evening even more special, and they did not disappoint. Alex was our driver and he is AMAZING. So very courteous, professional, friendly, excellent driver. He was always early, exactly where he needed to be, always got the door and got us everywhere we needed to be. Handling Chicago traffic on a busy Saturday night is not an easy feat, but he did so seamlessly. He was always prepared with umbrellas, water, chargers - really anything we needed. He was flexible when plans changed and my fiancee and I talked about him for the rest of our trip! The company itself was fantastic too. We hired Black Car Transportation to drive one of our special guests from the airport for a work group reunion.
