Peach Design responded quickly online and came the next day to give a quote in person. After agreeing to go with their company on Friday, they started the flooring the following Tuesday and finished it the next day (Wednesday). They communicated clearly, were responsive to our questions, and were very professional. The LVT they recommended was commercial grade which was much thicker and sturdier than what we previously had. The quote they gave was comparable to others but the reason we chose them was they noticed that there was a concern about our existing floor not being level which they planned to address during their install. Our new floors look and feel great! We would highly recommend Michael and his team!

I somehow stumbled upon 1st Quality Flooring. I initially spoke with David and then was put in touch with the Project Manager, Wallison, who I can't say enough good things about. Wallison came to my house the same day and was able to start working a few days later. Not only was Wallison happy to answer all of my questions but he was very helpful in picking up and delivering the materials as well helping me save money. The final price I paid for the laminate and tile install was more than reasonable and the quality of the work is superior. The crew did my whole condo in one day, finished the details the next morning, cleaned up everything and moved the furniture back to his original position and were completely finished by noon. I had a really big project for them! Had carpeting removed in several rooms and replaced with wood flooring and some LVP in the basement. The carpeting removed was from two separate long stairwells, hallway, 4 bedrooms (plus closets), two additional rooms (living room area and a storage room), and making my kitchen and dining room areas existing wood floors come to life again. The moment I reached out for an estimate, I was greeted with very friendly service and quick responses and soon after a date for coming over to provide an estimate. Not to mention the pricing was very good in comparison to other companies I had reached out to. Rico's Flooring team was able to get all that work done in two weeks. They managed to make the floor level with tiles at several locations without using junction and the results at the time of finish looked great! The reason I am only giving 2 stars is due to the experience afterwards. Davit promised us to come back to fix any bulging or squeaky spots, but he has never done that. We have several spots making squeaky noise when stepping on it. Not only does it sound annoying, but also wakes up the baby (which takes significant effort to make him sleep again...). We called Davit and left messages several times, but he never responded. Not sure if he is avoiding responding intentionally, or it's just some miscommunication here. Hope to hear from them soon!
