I was stuck in my parking garage that has a 8'2" clearance and Andre's trucks are 11' trucks. Not knowing this when he arrived at the pick up he was so nice and was like we will figure something out. I was 50 miles from my home at it was 6:45 pm at night when I called for the service. He came quickly and we had to push my truck from the 5th floor of the parking garage to the exit in the freezing cold weather, because his truck was too high to get in the garage to pick my truck up. Needless to say we did it. He and I pushed it all the way down to the exit. He got it loaded an we were headed home. He has very good conversation and manners and very respectful. I was very confused after my car accident, I was positive that the incident wasn't my fault but I wasn't sure how to proceed and neglected to get the other driver's insurance info... Amazing customer service and towing experience, especially for my 82 corvette! I actually forgot the keys to my car (somehow) and he was super kind and happy to chat with me while a friend drove home to grab the keys.
