Alberto was great, made the experience super easy for us as first time riders. Very recommended.

I am writing this review without ever renting a jet ski from Falcon. I spoke with Alberto about renting today. Upon arrival, he was putting two skis in the water. I explained that my friend would be riding with me, so we only needed to rent one ski ($180, 90 min). Alberto responded that he will join. He said during his experience, "three times an officer pulled someone over for speeding in the water." I'm not sure of the relevance, since the jet ski driver would be at fault, but I explained that I won't speed and am careful. I opted not to rent from Falcon. As it happens, I live close by on the Intracoastal and often see jet skis, yet I don't see chaparones. On the way out of the parking lot, I met a guy who rents for $300 for the entire day. All's well that ends well! It's Aberto's business to run as he likes. But he needs to update the website's location address and clearly indicate that Alberto's joining is a package deal! read more

Our family was vacationing here on Hollywood Beach and had a snorkel trip cancel on us very last minute! We were so disappointed BUT after doing some online searching we found Falcon jet ski rentals! We called Alberto and he said he could book us within 2 hours!! He was so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Myself and kids ages 4-16 years old all had a blast. I went jet skiing today with my daughter at Falcons Jet Ski Rentals and had the best time. Not only was it the best rate compared to other companies in the area but it was completely hassle free and Alberto was a real gentleman. A quick 30 second run through of the jet ski before heading out was all we needed. My daughter who had never been jet skiing by herself before was up and running in no time.
