Really not pleased with my customer experience today unfortunately. First time ordering and ordered delivery through their website. Asked for a half sausage and easy jalepeno pizza and other half just cheese. Received an overcooked, soggy middle, right half sausage and left half jalepeno/ some mixed? No just cheese pieces unfortunately. The jalepeno was under the cheese so had to pick it apart to find that out when my son realized it was not the plain cheese side he was hoping and extremely sensitive to jalepeno. I called to inform them of the order error just to let them know, and they passed the phone over to the manager who then stated matter of factly that she spoke to me on the phone and even went as far as to read the order back to me during our "conversation" and blaming me at that point. I then informed her I spoke to no one previously until now, placed the order online through their website and have it written out clearly in my e-mail confirmation. She offered to make me a new pizza, which was very kind but then said she would have to charge me for it and it would take over an hour. She later offered to deliver one complimentary but that was not her first offer which made it uncomfortable. We are in a rush today, hence why I ordered the pizza in advance and couldn't wait around longer. Super disappointed as my extended family seems to enjoy the pizza from time to time and this was our first time ordering. read more

I ordered the lasagna. One quarter of the container had lasagna the rest was Mostaccioli with way too much sauce. If I wanted Mostaccioli I would have ordered it. The salad dressing container was less than half full and there was not bread and butter as described. read more

First time- this pizza is so GREAT! I came in at lunch time last week and had two pieces of veggie and a side salad. The salad was HUGE and so fresh and delicious. The veggie was cooked to perfection with the perfect crust and sauce ratios. The restaurant was so cute and the service was very quick. I came in ordered at the counter and then dined in while getting some work done. They have 3 locations Burr Ridge, 40th in Chicago and one in Cícero. This is your order at the window they give you a number and bring the food to your table old school pizza joint. They have a bar with great prices beers on tap (Stella, Blue Moon). The place was loud and busy but it was on our list for over a year to try this place. My parents told me the lore of how Falco's came to be after saying the crust reminds me slightly of Home Run Inn. The pizza was delicious, crispy crust and generous toppings. The meatball sandwich is enough for two or three meals but holy Toledo is it delicious. Don't miss out! read more

Food was just ok. Ordered the 6" ultra thin crust pizza and asked that it be cooked well done. I like my cheese to be brown not white. That pizza was definitely NOT ultra thin I consider it average it was not even thin crust and the cheese was white but crust was very brown to almost black. I don't think we'll be back. I had company over Sunday, and ordered all 4 pizzas thin, extra sauce, extra cheese and all well done. All pizzas had a thick crust, and only one of them was well done. When I called, I didn't even get an apology..she said how did you order them, exactly like I stated further up. She said you need to say Ultra thin. So you got it how it is ordered. They should explain that. We have ordered before asking for thin crust and got thin crust. Besides the thick crust, the 3 pizzas not well done were horrible. A pleasant surprise! A casual order at the counter / food delivered to table place. We had a regular crust tavern style pizza with sausage, mushroom and onion and side salads. Very basic side salad of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The salad was fresh and crisp ----no complaints. Our pizza arrived and was perfect! A nice crisp crust, nicely sauced, flavorful sausage that was slightly spicy, melty cheese, chopped onions and mushrooms. This is a really good tavern style pizza. Very bad customer service coming from pm management. I have been loyal customer for 20yrs. I called to check on my order I placed at 3:59pm 12/13/2025 . Just to be accused of canceling order. They said someone called in to driver and probably canceled order as a prank . It doesn't make any sense. Then the pm manager keep making up wild reasons some would call on my cell phone to cancel order. I have been a cook 1 for 23years .customer service is moat important to me . Falcos your manager and driver have failed. They insisted on calling me a liar even though I told them I did not cancel order . Worst experience ever . Something happened with Falco's, the pizza is better. I had a bad experience four years ago and checked out of the mindset to order from them again. So four years go by.... Having a craving for some neighborhood based quick delivery pizza, I decided to order from Falco's again. Even though community has a bunch of new great pizza options most don't deliver to my neck of the woods, literally, since I live next to Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve. the GPS situation with most delivery services is crazy/frustrating, even if the location is 5 miles away. Anyway, I've ordered two times in the past couple of months and the pizza has been great. Better than before. I recommend the ultra thin crust version of your favorite pie. The sauce is semisweet and tangy. I'm sure this establishment isn't on Dave Portnoy's go to list ,maybe he should give it a shot. He'd rate it 6. 8 out of 10. I am writing this review in hopes that Falco's changes it's fees. Tried to order a simple chili dog and fries. Total came out to $19.62 for a hot dog and fries with a $4.99 delivery fee and $1.49 service fee. So instead of ordering from Falco's I ordered from Jimmy John's for $13.00 which included a 25% tip. Delivery fee and service fees really should be eliminated. Covid has been gone for years now. read more

We stopped in last week after being out of town for a few months and wow. The pizza was the best. Hot and fresh and the crust was amazing! We also ordered some cheese fries and they were cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of cheese. I highly recommend making a stop to get some pizza here if you never have tried it. Went there a month ago, and service wasnt the greatest. Not alone the pizza was deporable, crust felt like literal cardboard, not to mention seen a group of teens and they where served withouth being i'd, not recomend for anyone, not including the service being terrible. I give it 3 stars because normally it's excellent pizza. I simply made the mistake of trying their new Italiano thick crust and it is absolutely horrible! Not only did it taste bad, but it was undercooked. And if it was left In longer, it would have rendered the bottom too hard or worse, burnt. Needless to say, lots of leftovers. The spaghetti is pretty nasty, too. This place knows thin crust pizza. If you stick to just that, you're golden. Not a fan of the payment first. If you want to add a can of soda later, back to the counter you go. Not very kid friendly seeing that the bar is in the main dining room. Service is adequate but would be better with individual servers. This seems to be a new model of operating to cut overhead/ turnover. Not a fan. Not the old FALCO's... Ordered a par-baked pizza for New Years and was told to finish baking it at 450'F for 45-55 minutes .. I thought this long so asked and checked exact times... 2 managers told me the same, 45-55 minutes. Well at home and after 25 minutes I checked and the pizza was BURNT and inedible. I called and was told by a 3rd manager that she overheard the conversation I had with the others and YES I was told incorrectly,, baking normally takes 15-20 minutes, but that over baking was my fault.. We've been ordering from Falcos for years. It is one of my husband's favorite places and he considers himself quite the pizza connoisseur. I do like their pizza but I prefer a little bit thinner crust. That all being said, what a sad state of affairs when I called this evening to find out that they no longer sell ribs. Falcos barbecued ribs were by far the best barbecue ribs in the area and mind you, they are but a mile and a half away from The Patio. Their ribs were much more reasonably priced and tasted far better! Out of the many years that I ordered ribs from there while my husband ordered his pizza, I think maybe only once were they not completely fall off the bone tender and tasty. Hey! That happens. It was still by far the best I've ever had in this area. During Covid, everything was crazy everywhere and same at Falcos. At first, no ribs at all then, every once in a while they would have ribs, but more often than not they would not. Now I am informed they no longer have ribs at all. Great loss to this area. The service was decent. The price was decent. However the pizza was median, not good, not horrible. The noise level was crazy and the place was filled with kids. I'm not against having kids come to an eating establishment, but when you can't hear the person next to you in normal conversation voice, that's a little much. It was also quite chilly in there. We have been coming to this cute family owned business for years. Not only is the pizza to die for - I absolutely love both the Italiano butter and garlic crust AND thin crust - but so is everything else from their juicy and cooked to order burgers along with their famous Italian Beef. In my opinion the only way to get this is baptized or dunked in juice. Another favorite is their Minestrone soup. I always add that onto my order. Not only is this a fantastic spot to grab lunch or dinner it's a nice place to meet up for a drink or to sit on their outside patio and enjoy the day or evening or both!! The service is wonderful and the staff friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a super casual place I encourage you to make this your go to spot for either dine in or delivery. #67-2021 Well falcos Burr ridge. Part of the Falco family from the old neighborhood up in the city. Been a few years since I've been here wasn't nothing to jump for joy about then, still ain't. But heading out to the truck I decided I wanted to have some Italian and thought I'm going to hit up falco's and see what happens. Pulling in off of the frontage Road next to the interstate you can see they have a little outdoor garden with the TV stuff like that and the grounds were clean. Walking in I kind of was walking over past the check in thinking I would get seated and get my order. Nope hasn't changed here there's still no waitress there's people that bring your food out after you order you go up to the counter and you place your order. They have a very nice selection surprisingly with the pasta too where is Chicagoans we call it mostacholi can look it up online and see it too however a lot of places they call it pene it's all pasta though six of one half dozen of the other. I saw that they had a big manicotti they're from the picture looked like it'd be okay. One thing I realized though it's more of a bar atmosphere tavern like it's not really what I call a sit down Italian restaurant this is the kind of place where you get a lot of take out delivery are you coming get a couple slices of pie and have yourself maybe one of their gigantic burgers and a beer it's not really a Italian dining establishment where you get waiters and fancy napkins and yada yada yada. So they saw they had RC products I don't like diet RC blech. But they had coolers for like deliveries so they had to 7 up cooler and they had seven up zero sugar AKA diet 7Up under the new hip name but that was good cuz I was getting ready to roll out and I couldn't drink any beer cuz I was in route to the truck. The choices of a salad I'd ask for a Caesar salad but I didn't realize they just give you a lettuce tomato salad basically put some Caesar dressing no romaine this is an Italian place but hey? So I went with the big manicotti sat down they brought out a salad I switched the French dressing it was okay. The baked manicotti came I'd also had a side order of Italian sausage popped on top but what I didn't like with the big manicotti was he just put a great big old slice of cheese over it it was hard to cut although they did have ricotta cheese I will tip my hat to that the sauce was not that great it was I can sauce with a couple of seasonings it was not very impressive at all. I spent a lot of money and I feel like it was kind of not worth it. The bathroom was fair could have been a little cleaner but it's okay however for the value for the pasta dinners I would definitely go somewhere else even Olive garden but if you want a slice of pizza you got kids and you want a quick pizza pie sit down yeah it's okay but other than that it's probably going to be quite a few more years before I return here. I may come in if I wanted to quick slice of sausage and a cold beer yeah but other than that as far as the full dinners I'd have to take a big pass on it. read more

Falco's did us a major solid, and we are so grateful for their kindness. Please support this business any way you can! A very close friend's dad died on 2/13 very unexpectedly - we were trying to console him with Bourbon and pizza, two of his favorite things. We asked him where he wanted to order from, and he told us that his dad used to take him to Falco's all the time, and he had a lot of great memories there - but that there was no way they would deliver all the way to La Grange Park. I called, and sure enough we were 3 miles outside of the delivery zone. I spoke with Stephanie and Natalie (the manager) and explained the situation. He had literally lost his dad that morning, and this would really mean a lot to him - and they agreed to make a special exception and deliver to us - on SUPERBOWL Sunday no less!! And they didn't even charge extra for the longer drive. My friend was blown away by the kindness of these strangers, and so were we. They (literally) went the extra mile that day - and while Pizza won't fix everything, it sure did lift my friend up a bit on a really tough day. But felt that it was overpriced 5.50 when their competitors are selling a bigger more tastier pizza for $3. There's better options for lunch than Falcos.
