Giving one star because I can't give ZERO. Let's start with the way they answer the phones...IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE GOING TO WORK OR DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS CALL OUT! OR DON'T WORK AT ALL!! And now I'll bring up the hidden fees that are not on the tickets! There's a late fee that is clearly listed and when you call to clarify why your fees don't add up at all you're told it's "obvious" that there are other fees when CLEARLY IT IS NOT! They are rude and give off such a negative tone when dealing with customers!! As soon as I get my property back they will be reported to the BBB as well as the attorney generals office. I waites about e weeks to post this review. Since i had property at their business that i didnt trust them woth till i paid to get it out. We go to fall river pawn brokers alot. Weve bought tv, to jewelry pawn otems when we fall on hard times ect. Me and my husband go about 3 and a half weeks ago. As were walking to tje door to get buzzed in. The manager( who i thought was the owner) was holding the door open and on the phone. Now prior to this my husband bought me a watch for 3 kings. As we dont celebrate christmas on the 25. We walk up to the window with the lil spanish short girl that always has herpes on her lip. I proceed to tell her im here to pawn my computer which already sucks and is kimd of humiliating but stuff happens we endure it and keep moving. So drom the minute we walk up to the wi dow she has a attitude so im lookomg at my husband and lookong at her trying to contain myself feom snapping on a customer service chick who behind thick bullet proof glass with a reckless mouth. My husband proceeds to tell her we bought a $100 dollar watch from here and its not working before he could finish his sentence she snaps what i guess you want your moneu back we dont do refunds and shrugged her shoulders. My husbans atill tryi g to explain that i just ioenes it the day b4 as that was the holiday we celebrate. So were trying to fi ish the business we came to do and she is asking me questions talking down to me and rolling here eyes ( very unprofessional) i tell her she is very rude for having to work with customers. FALL RIVER PAWN WEST WARWICK RI STORE HAS HUGH FLOOD AND DOES NOT ALERT CUSTOMERS TO WATER DAMAGE. Fall River pawn shop in West Warwick had a big flood last summer. There was at least 5-8 inches of water in the store and merchandise in the back was damaged a pair of vintage JBL studio monitors i had was damaged JAY the regional manager was their the day i redeemed the speakers and saw the damage. He admitted they had a flood and did not notify customers. he offered me $100 for something that was cost me $450 to replace. One sales rep told me they were giving customers back TV's that came in for pawn in a box the TV back with no box(because it was soaked from the flood. He was laughing at the fact no customer said anything and he said we got away with it. And laughed again.
