Why I'm posting this review now is that a jewler here in Chicago just confirmed the ring now contains a CZ crystal. Not a diamond where the repair was done. They won't return my calls and since it's not worth getting an attorney involved, this is my only recourse. Be Warned!

Upon purchase, they gave me an amazing gift bag for coming in and supporting a local business, which was unexpected and so delightful. Personally, I love their wishbone and horseshoe necklaces -- they come in silver or gold and make a great gift. My favorite part about them is the closure -- it's a beautiful hook with delicate little gem stones. It's just so pretty and dainty, it makes the whole design that much more precious. I love, love, love mine SO much, that when I lost my first one, I immediately went back to the shop to replace it -- that's how much I cannot live without it! The scarves come in a few different patterns and are all in the cream/grey theme, which I love. They do have a few additional patterns, as well. The women who work at Noon are all so sweet and so friendly. You can tell they absolutely love the design concept and cherish the items they sell. The store itself is really cute and totally worth popping into to look around. They did a great job helping him select a diamond and to design the ring. I also got my wedding band at MRT's. It's a great local shop! My mother-in-law's wedding and engagement rings are actually also from here. What has impressed me most about MRT's is their customer service. When one of the tiny rubies fell out of my wedding band early on, they fixed it for free. More recently, I decided to get the wedding band and engagement ring fused together, so that they wouldn't rub together (the side wall of the wedding band was thinning from rubbing). I currently live in California and the price quote I got here for thickening the side walls and fusing the two rings together was $200 more expensive than the quote MRT's gave me. When I took the ring to MRT's, they gave me a price quote based on the time and materials to fix the ring. When they realized later it would take more time to fix the ring than expected, they kept the original price quote, rather than raising it, despite it taking more labor. I just received my rings in the mail from them and am thrilled with the result!

An employee who was close enough to hear us made a bee-line away being sure not to make eye contact. Once we found the department, we are talking to each other about where the flannel sets may be located. A second employee followed the example of our previous encounter. We did find what we wanted. No prices are listed nearby or on the garments. Now to find a cashier. We walk around looking. None of the customer service desks are manned. We finally find an employee who is able, and willing, to check us out. That was an unpleasant interaction. Our pajamas were sixty dollars and I apparantly am an ignorant human according to the cashier for not agreeing with their opinions. Brilliant.
