My first 1 star review. We stopped here based on some previous yelp reviews. A guy came out and asked us to come in. My girlfriend wanted a pedicure. We entered to silence. Noone working aknowleged us once we were inside. There was one other customer inside. My girlfriend asked about a pedicure and one woman said she was busy 30 minutes. My girlfriend asked if she should wait and the woman yelled "no time, we have no time" then went back to work. It was the most awkward interaction ever. read more

Small nail salon located in the heart of Palm Springs. A friend and I decided to go get pedicures and the was a shop close by so we walked in and we're quickly told to pick a polish. The polish that my friend had chosen the technician told her no, so she picked another. The tech said no 2 more times before saying yes to the color which I thought was odd. The pedicure was less than 20 minutes and was $20. My tech put some lotion on my legs but didn't massage my legs or feet at all. Definitely not the best pedicures we've ever had. read more

I was excited to take my friend to get his first pedicure and saw this had good reviews and was horrified at what transpired. We walked in when there was two men working and not one customer and I asked twice (the first man I asked brought out the other guy) if we could each get pedicures and they talked in their language for about a minute without acknowledging us at all and then he said "I don't have time." There was this horrible vibe that followed us out. We did nothing wrong! These people are nut jobs, stay far away. read more

There are tons of massage places in Palm Springs, we were looking into a day spa where massages run $125 and up. But since we were short on time we found this place across from our hotel. Highly recommend it if you are short on time and money. I had a massage from Amy and my boyfriend had Mary. Both very talented with strong hands to detect our hidden muscle knots and tension. 60 min for $40 per person. We were both very pleased with the service. Only reason for not the full Five stars-- they left out the feet during the full body massage; later to find out they would do a separate foot massage for other times/prices. read more

Lili is one of my all-time favorites. She is sensitive, compassionate and really knows her technique. The entire staff is very kind and polite. For the price, you can treat yourself to a massage frequently and treat your therapist with a nice tip. If I lived closer I would be here every week and when I am in Palm Springs, I do just that. I came into palm springs on vacation and was hoping to find a nice massage parlor to relax. I asked the masseuse if she can give me a back walking massage. Apparently she couldn't speak a word of English so that never happened. About 10 minutes into the massage I realized she's extremely weak, felt like she was barely caressing me. I asked her to give me a hard massage. she says "I'm sorry, I'm not strong.. want me to ask a man to massage you"? I said no, I'm not comfortable with a man massaging me... Was supposed to get a table massage and a foot massage for $35. They didn't do the foot massage. When I was leaving, I tried to tip 20% and the woman actually refused to give me change for my money, telling me how hard she works and that I needed to tip more. I argued with her because they can't just refuse to give you change back. She ended up just keeping my money. I didn't think it was worth creating any more of a scene over but this place is a rip off. The people that work there are professionals at scamming you for more money. read more

I have been here many times because its so close to home. The ladies and gentlemen are really nice and super quick. Speaking of quick, quick is not always what i want when i want to be pampered. On those other times i need to be somewhere, i do appreciate the bowl of water in my lap. I can be sitting getting my toes done and they will balance a bowl of water in my lap for me to soak my hands in. I have spilled before, looks like i wet myself :( I think they are on to the problem with the bowl of water and they generally ask if you want to wait to get your mani after your pedi. Out of all the times i have been here, i have only had one problem with the job they did with my gel nails. It was super thick and i just couldn't deal with it and had them take it off. What a pain that was, its on like glue. I didn't create a fuss, i just wanted it fixed and i had the time. They were sympathetic and gave me a gift card for $10. I told her they didn't need to do that. I was very happy with the overall completed job, after all the visits here, something is bound to happen. I don't hold that against them. Well, this was what I deserved for being cheap. We were staying at the Andreas Hotel down the street and I opted to save some money. For my daughter and myself, an hr massage would've cost $220 at the hotel. We saw this place as we were out walking the main drag. The guy sitting at the door handed me a services list and a massage was just $39.95!! "What a bargain!" I said to my daughter and when we returned to our hotel room, I called and made an appt for the next day. We opted for the 30min. Foot massage, followed by the 30min. Body massage. We were so excited!! The next day we showed up expecting a relaxing, luxurious treat...... We enter and are the only ones there. The place has no decor and is certainly not warm or inviting. I'm not sure whether they speak English as no one uttered more than 5 words to either of us the entire hour. They gestured into this darkened room off the side of the few nail stations set up and we saw a few recliner-like chairs so my daughter and I looked at each other, shrugged and sat down. We both had flip flops on and they ran some water and we put our feet in. It wasn't warm. It wasn't cold. It was tepid and 10 seconds later he grabbed my feet out and wiped them down w/a towel. The guy doing my feet kept on looking over at the girl doing my daughter's feet and whatever she did, he did (without much enthusiasm). The room was HOT AS HELL and the street noise was so loud (skateboarders, cars, people yelling, etc.) that it was not very calming. I guess there was music playing but not the quiet zen-like stuff but something from Lawrence Welk's orchestra. When they were done, they just got up and started walking down a hallway. My daughter and I jumped up, said, "guess that's over" and followed them down the hallway where they stood next to a 1/2 opened curtain. It was like the Ghost of Christmas Future. We were like: o.k. Guess we strip down....hmmmm. Where to put our clothes....oh! The 99cent white, plastic bin in the corner.....should we strip all the way? We finally decided to leave our undies on and sat on the table. The people came back in, grunted for us to lay face down while waving their arms around. Within 30 seconds, both my daughter and I were yelling, "ouch! ouch! not so hard!" Which did absolutely no good. (Afterwards, we both thought, for sure, that we were going to pee blood and see bruises the next day.) five minutes in, we hear some guy, in a loud, booming voice say, "never been here before, can I have a tissue" and for the next 15 minutes he blew, snorted and coughed snot..... LOUDLY. When he was done, somebody started filling a bucket of water 2 feet from our massage table and running a hose. Yes! This was calming! NOT!!! All of a sudden, they just stopped their torture, and left. My daughter and I looked at each other and started laughing (thru our pain). We got up, got dressed, paid and left. And this is why you don't get massages from random places in semi-strip malls. read more

Me and my husband were visiting Palm Springs. We have to be walking down the street and decided we wanted to get a pedicure & manicure. The place seemed nice and there were many people working there but no customers. I gave them 2 stars because they talked amongst themselves, & never spoke to us. They never asked if we wanted upgrades or anything. It was as if they didn't want us there. It was the fastest pedicure and manicure I have ever had. I never got any lotion or massage. I was pleasantly surprised by this place... I had the best pedicure of my life here. My feet were so jacked up and calloused, and the lady who took care of me was able to remove it all and it left my feet so soft and pretty again. She really took her time and did a very good job. Not a bad salon average prices. 25$ for gel mani is what I pay at home in SF and 38$ for a gel pedicure isn't too bad. However I am shocked when she charged me at the end for my 63$ and TOLD me I MUST tip 15% which was 10$ and never in my entire life have I ever been told I must tip a certain amount. HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY. This was the WORST pedicure experience ever. I walked in and the place was empty. Probably not the best sign. I asked if I could get a pedicure and the girl at the front pointed at one of the guys in the back and he began my pedicure. The entire service lasted about 10 minutes. What a rip off!!!! I got my feet into the spa tub-soaked them for about 30 seconds and then the nail tech proceeded to attempt a foot scrub. he squeezed a small drop of the scrub onto my feet and using a pumice block, scrubbed my feet for about 5 seconds. LITERALLY. Then he did my other foot for 5 seconds. There was NO leg massage, leg rub, or foot rub. He just painted the polish on my toes horribly and that was the end. This place is awful. I don't know how they stay in business-and I honestly don't know how they even have a decent rating. I will NEVER go here again or recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place is great! Six of us stopped by in the middle of the day without an appointment and they were able to accommodate all of us at the same time! I'm not terribly picky about my pedi- as long as it looks good when it's done. It was to my satisfaction. However, I have a love/hate relationship with the massage spa chairs (they have them at this place). I have heard such horrible stories about them not being cleaned properly and coming away with awful foot fungus. But the massage feels SOOOO good! I'll stick with my preference of no foot fungus though. Ditch the spa chairs, Beautiful Spa Massage and I'll update to five stars! read more

I really enjoyed my massage by Judy. I had a 60-min table massage, asked for medium strength and had a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The establishment is nothing to get excited about.
