Can't beat the prices - $25 for half hour table masage or $40 for full hour (or you can get a 10 minute chair massage or foot massage for as little as $10; lots of options). Real Rating: 4.5 - We were visiting Palm Springs from Silicon Valley. We happily saw this salon on Yelp and found it to be a fantastic little place. It's not a fancy spa, but it was very clean. Parking was easy, the staff were very friendly and very accommodating (there were 3 of us) and the prices were unbelievable. Less than $20 a piece. The only thing missing was a vibrating chair. Never the less, this place is a real find in the desert. They also offer massage next door and the prices are incredible as well. I'm looking forward to a massage later this week. Very dirty and smelly, like dirty diapers, in massage room. Staff make a lot of noise talking and watching TV on phones making it very difficult to relax during massage. Had several interruptions asking masseuse to tell other staff to reduce their noise making. Masseuse upsold us to stone massage 3/4 through standard massage, but masseuse started complaining that the stones were too hot for her to handle, and the stones were not even hot enough for us to enjoy. The towel was hotter, but smelled so bad, we think this place could be a health violation. At payment time, all the staff surrounded us, demanding extra tip payment. We gave a $15 tip per 1hr. massage but masseuse said she wanted $20 but deserved nothing.. We tried to explain to masseuse how tipping works and is voluntary, but staff became very verbally aggressive, stressing us out more than we when we entered. This is a terrible massage place. Never again will we return. read more

It's a cheap place, so go if you want a cheap experience. I went yesterday evening for a second try and will not be back. The top coat they put on did not fully cover any of my nails, it looks extremely bad once I saw it this morning out in the sunshine. My cuticles are peeling which I did not even have a problem with before I went in. They do a very quick job, no massaging. My main reason going in was to get my heels exfoliated and they spent about 5 seconds on each, I'm not sure why they even bother. They do a rush job to get you out of there as quickly as possible and this is what it feels like the whole time. Sucks, don't go. read more

I have been highly pleased going to Fall Spa several times. As a doctor I'm impressed with the cleanliness and hygienic conditions there. I've appreciated the kindness, pleasant nature and professional expertise of the staff , namely Cindy for several manicure/ pedicure procedures. Also, Lilli and Gerry for massage. I have been a long time client of this establishment usually I see Jeff because he's the only one who gives a good pedicure this last week when I tried to book an appointment I was told by the woman who barely speaks English no dogs allowed even though I've been bringing my dogs for years she was extremely rude and lied to me while my manicurist Jeff stood by and said nothing She also said very busy even though there was nobody in the store And that I should come back on Monday then she would let me in with my dogs she told me that it was an ordinance and that she would be fined a thousand dollars so I checked with the city of Palm Springs there is no such ordinance so guess what about my own pedicure kit and they lost me as a customer PERMANENTLY read more

My first 1 star review. We stopped here based on some previous yelp reviews. A guy came out and asked us to come in. My girlfriend wanted a pedicure. We entered to silence. Noone working aknowleged us once we were inside. There was one other customer inside. My girlfriend asked about a pedicure and one woman said she was busy 30 minutes.
