I have enjoyed many 90 minute massages with Kevin and mani-pedi's with Annie and Jeff. I have been satisfied everytime. You get a great massage at a very reasonable price without all the fuss of an expensive spa. So if you need a great massage, mani-pedi, and not all the fuss, this is the place to go! My friend and I went for a girls get away to Palm Springs & decided to try this place out. We both got the 30 minute foot and 30 minute body massage for $40. Foot massage was not good. The lady just kept going over the same spot over and over again with her knuckles. She never massaged my heels (which is what I really needed done). Their body massage only consist of shoulders and back. They don't tell you this until you're almost done with your massage and then they ask you if you want a full hour and they'll do your legs arms and head. The body massage did feel good but it was not thorough. My friend had a male massager and she said he grunted the whole time and kept hitting her in the head with his male parts when he was going down her back. She was very very uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. When we went to pay there was a different lady at the register but our two massage therapist came out and started arguing with each other in front of us. The lady at the register looked horrified and was trying to quiet them down. We left pretty disappointed read more

Best massage I've ever had! Jerry was recommended to me by a co-worker and was amazing! When I made the appointment I actually said I wanted a 60 minute table massage (which is $40), and a 30 minute foot massage (which is $20). When I got there I guess there must have been a little "lost in translation" going on. I should have verified the services I wanted at the front desk, but I didn't. They have a menu with prices that you could probably just point at to verify. I ended up getting a 90 minute table massage only, (which was worth EVERY penny)! I will have to got back at a later date and get the foot massage. The environment was very clean and pleasant. The linens on the table were clean and smelling fresh and the room was comfortable and dimly lit. Jerry gave a very deep tissue massage and very professional. He didn't talk during it like some do. He really dug into my back with his elbow and hands and worked out a couple of REALLY bad knots I didn't know I had. I have to say it "Hurt so good". I would HIGHLY recommend the Fall Spa and Jerry. This has got to be the worst place I have ever had my nails done, they have no up to date services or selection. They skipped multiple steps during my mani pedi, they were slow in the only one in here and have ppl sitting around yet have zero interest in helping me get out of here a little faster by having one do my mani and one do my pedi. After reading the reviews my daughter and i thought we would give this a try, and I would say it was OK. We always get a pedicure every 2 weeks so our feet are not in bad shape. but we look forward to the massage part of a pedicure (What person doesn't!) We sat down , 3 spa chairs, after picking our color (good selection) and 15 in later we were done? The massage literally lasted less then 1 min, totally disappointed and both of us said that as soon as we walked out. Would we go again, maybe... The staff was very polite and helpful. I had a wonderful combination massage. Half hour on my back and the other half hour was a foot massage. It is reasonably priced and they are very efficient. With their times spent on nails. I had a mani and a pedi and all services were done in 2 hours or less. My friend and I stopped on here on a Sunday night since almost every other nail salon was closed for the evening. The ladies who did our nails gave us the express treatment, even though there was no one else in there waiting. The lady who did my pedicure scrubbed my feet for a total of 30 seconds (which did nothing) and gave me maaaayyyybeee 1 minute of a leg massage, if that. She barely trimmed anything on my toes and barely filed. I had to ask her to go back and finish removing my red nail polish because she left streaks of it on the sides of my nails and was going to start painting with a pale pink, which would have shown the red underneath. When my pedicure was done she rushed me out of the seat into an isolated spot to dry while my friend had her pedi finished. That ended our conversation, which was part of the point of going together. This place was so random. The only thing she did well was paint my toenails. They have a good color selection, too. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to enjoy the experience of having your nails done or if you actually need someone to do anything beyond paint your nails. read more

I went here at the last minute when I had a muscle spasm in my back. I felt relief about an hour after the massage, the most relief from this back pain I've felt in a long time. The staff saw me in such pain and really tried hard to make me better, which they did. The place is very nice, quiet and clean and the people working there could not be nicer. I had a one-hour table massage with Sue. It was awesome. This massage is an excellent value at only $40 per hour. Whenever I have lower back tightness, their Shiatsu method always relaxes and stretches the muscles so I leave with no more stiffness.
