I stumbled across this place via Yelp while in Palm Springs in search for a massage that wouldn't cost an excessive amount of money. This place fits the bill. They are very reasonably priced for a 1 hour massage (it was $40) for being located in a small nail salon. There is a back room for the massage customers and if you call beforehand you won't have a wait. Last time I went in was just before New Years Eve and my right shoulder was absolutely hurting. I explained to them beforehand I wanted that area worked on for an additional amount of time within the 1 hour and this message was conveyed to the person who did the actual massage. I will say sometimes you don't quite know what to expect during a massage at a new place and I am not into having oil rubbed on my face or scalp (they will do this towards the end) so the second time I went in I was able to let them know before to please skip this step / area within their normal routine and they did also listen to that request. This isn't a full luxury spa experience by any means, but if you're looking for something quick and far less expensive while you're in town then this is it. read more

A Truly Frustrating Spa Experience I had high hopes for a relaxing and rejuvenating visit, but this spa turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. From the start, it was clear that they have little regard for their clients' time. I waited far beyond my scheduled appointment with no explanation or apology. The front desk staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a warm welcome, I was met with indifference and attitude. Any questions I asked were brushed off, and I felt more like a nuisance than a paying customer. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely disorganized. My service was rushed and poorly executed, and it was obvious that the technician was either undertrained or simply didn't care. There was no attention to detail, no sense of hospitality, and certainly no effort to create a calming environment. If you're looking for a place to unwind and be treated with care and respect, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This spa needs a serious overhaul in both staff training and customer service. read more

Credit where Credit is Due. After Reading a Couple of Not So Good Reviews about The Beautiful Spa Massage I Really Think that I should Spread the Word & Let Everybody Know about My Experience. After slowly pondering through the Thursday Palm Springs Street Market I stumbled upon the Beautiful Spa Ladies handing out leaflets promoting their 30 min Full Body Table Massage. Without knowing anything about massage at time & suffering from Pains in the Neck, Hands & Back I thought if it works $25 is a Bargain! Fortunately for me I was introduced to a slightly more Mature Chinese Lady with the Salon Name of Cindy. Unfortunately Cindy was unable to speak very good English, however this was not a problem as she really understood when I pointed out the problem areas. After 3 more sessions (1st session was a Killer) I have returned home feeling 100% Better. I would Sincerely Recommend the Lady Masseuse (Cindy) to anybody that what's a 100% Professional Massage. Do not go here. I was completely violated by a male masseuse. He not only touched me in totally inappropriate places, but also inserted his finger(s) in me. NOT OK. I did not ASK for any of this or even drop subtle hints that could have been interpreted as 'wanting more'. This was nonconsensual and illegal. Also, you should know that their "sheets" are not full size sheets, but more like the size of a hand towel that is only big enough to cover the bottom half. The top half of you will be completely exposed at all times. I am shocked that this place is in business. **If anyone else has or does experience this, please report it to the police. read more

Let's first state the obvious: none of the masseurs working at this location are Certified. I overheard that they train each other watching online Videos. Second, they lure you in by offering a discounted fee, but once you are done and it is time to pay, they show you a fee schedule that is 30% higher. Then once you confront them with the obvious, they go "our English is no good." I worry about the shady nature of this business and I suspect this facility is used as a massage parlor. This place offered me a discount to write a good review. That's why they have so many "good" reviews. The massage was pretty awful. I ordered the 90 minute one and first 30 min is dry rubbing over the blanket. That was the opposite of relaxing. My masseuse gave me a leg cramp with how aggressive he was being on my calves. Overall, I'd give the whole experience 2/10. I was so happy for it to be over by the end. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was in pain the next several days. read more

Great deep tissue massage by Lili. Last year I came here on crutches due to a bad accident and left using only a cane, so I thought I'd come back again this year (September 2015). Lili did not disappoint with strong hands and a professional understanding of the craft. Don't be fooled by the low price of $40.00 / hr., they don't cut any corners. I was involved in a motorcycle accident so I'm disabled in my left side and Jerry was very caring to make sure he didn't hurt me. This is a horrible place. I was offered a hand-job at extra cost while I was in the middle of my massage. The staff there are greedy, fraudulent, and just desperate. Just had my second 90 minute full body massage with Tom. Tom was very intuitive to my tight neck and shoulder muscle. Also my feet were sore so I asked if he could focus some time to my feet. Tom gave me an amazing foot massage. Soreness is gone. Can't wait for my next visit to Fall Spa. read more
