I walked 3 aisles over in hopes of meeting an associate to unlock the case so I can grab my lip liner and go on about my way. NOBODY! At this point, I was just being ignored and blatantly disrespected. Walk back over to the customer service desk only to find Mrs. Manager on duty dusting baby formula. Almost an HOUR LATER, I got my order brought out with a HUGE attitude. No apology. When I got home, I discovered that 10 items in my order were missing, despite being charged for them. Needless to say, I was late returning from work, had wasted gas by running the a/c in my car for almost an hour and now have to go back out to purchase the missing items when I get off work. Stay away from this location unless you like a ghetto atmosphere, incompetence and rudeness.

So my niece and her husband from New York are coming for Easter and my nephew, her brother that lives here in Dallas with me he's coming as well so I told the kids I was not gonna make them Easter baskets. They're grown adults for crying out loud, but I did tell them I was gonna have a little Candy Bar upscale, you know with my beautiful crystal champagne glasses filled with jelly beans and other shaped glassware filled with See's Candy foil wrapped eggs, and other things that I could remember that are Easter faire- so the kids said to me, but auntie Marie is there not gonna be any peeps? Just a well-managed store all the way around. We went on a holiday when sales were going on. I like Kohl's because the values are great, especially during holiday sales. I try and think of it as free money to spend, even though I know deep down that I spent a lot to get that Kohl's cash. I had never shopped at this location before. After going to 2 different locations last week looking for dress shirts and ties for hubby, we wanted to seek out a new location. First, I had a really hard time finding the dressing room to try on a few things. They need better signage so you can find it! Then, half of the dressing rooms were closed off! What could prompt a plain room to be "out of order"? It's not like there are plumbing issues. I also recommend that they install more hooks inside the dressing rooms. I like to hang things that I plan to buy on one hook and things I'm not buying on another hook. That's in addition to the initial hook I used when I arrived. That way, it's easy to exit and put the items in the correct place. I've even been to some stores that have fun with it by placing a sign by the hook - "coming home with me", "didn't work", etc. There didn't seem to be as much stock as the other stores I had been to recently. Hubby found a pair of tennis shoes and I found a Croft & Barrow sleeveless top. I usually have to do an alteration to the arm hole openings because they make them so huge. I tried on the top inside out so I could see if I could alter it. I could and I did. I still had to pay on top of the Kohl's cash since the two items were full price.

The manager says no I can't do that you need your receipt have to return them I said I'm not looking to return them I want them I just have two left shoes and There is a box with two right shoes. Even her associates was explaining to her in Spanish all I was trying to do and she kept shaking her head and she page for the lady that runs the department. Nobody came up in the so-called manager told me that I would need my receipt before I could exchange or return them. The sad part is I bought it on my credit card, and I wasn't looking to return them, but she wasn't willing to help at all, even when I associate let her know that's all I was trying to do. Definitely not a customer friendly manager, and should maybe reconsider the position that she's in. Because she's not meant to deal with customers or help them when all they're wanting to do is have the correct shoes that was bought.

Haven't been to a super center Target in a minute. This one is pretty big, it's clean, and much…read morebigger than a Normal Target. This one has a huge ULTA section so if you do t feel like going to the actual ULTA store you might be able to get stuff from this Target. We came for water but we ended up spending almost $200. Got clothes, snacks, and yes we got water. They have plenty of registers but only one was open with a actual teller. Also plenty of self-check out which I'm not a huge fan of. If I have one or two items sure I'll use it. But if I have a ton of stuff., no way i'm going to use self-check out. I still love Target though.
