I think I like Kohl's more and more every time I go. There is ample parking. The store is clean and easy to navigate. The shelves and racks are kept orderly. Just a well-managed store all the way around. We went on a holiday when sales were going on. I like Kohl's because the values are great, especially during holiday sales. The quality of the merchandise is high, and Kohl's cash is great. Who doesn't love Kohl's cash? It's free money to spend next time. We had some Kohl's cash to spend after last week's shopping trip to 2 different Kohl's. It's sad that they strategically time their sales to not be running when they know customers are going to be redeeming their Kohl's cash. It pains me to pay full price. Especially since I know it will be 20-40% off in a few days. Oh well, such is life. I try and think of it as free money to spend, even though I know deep down that I spent a lot to get that Kohl's cash. I had never shopped at this location before. After going to 2 different locations last week looking for dress shirts and ties for hubby, we wanted to seek out a new location. First, I had a really hard time finding the dressing room to try on a few things. They need better signage so you can find it! Then, half of the dressing rooms were closed off! What could prompt a plain room to be "out of order"? It's not like there are plumbing issues. I also recommend that they install more hooks inside the dressing rooms. I like to hang things that I plan to buy on one hook and things I'm not buying on another hook. That's in addition to the initial hook I used when I arrived. That way, it's easy to exit and put the items in the correct place. I've even been to some stores that have fun with it by placing a sign by the hook - "coming home with me", "didn't work", etc. There didn't seem to be as much stock as the other stores I had been to recently. Hubby found a pair of tennis shoes and I found a Croft & Barrow sleeveless top. I usually have to do an alteration to the arm hole openings because they make them so huge. I tried on the top inside out so I could see if I could alter it. I could and I did. I still had to pay on top of the Kohl's cash since the two items were full price. read more

The only item that I truly needed in January was a pair of sleepwear shorts. Most of them that I have are worn and loose on me. They are old and I wanted to get new ones. I visited this Kohl's. I saw cool football t-shirts for women in pretty colours. I didn't need them, though. They were going for $30 each, which I felt was expensive. If you do want a good deal, there was a sale on Mickey Mouse anniversary jewellery, such as earrings and bracelets. I also loved a Mickey Mouse watch there. I am a huge fan of all things Mickey Mouse, but I had enough willpower to not break the bank. I went into the women's sleepwear section. This Kohl's has the best selection of sleepwear that I have seen out of all Kohl's store that I had visited in the Plano area. It had cute patterns at great prices. I found a pair of sleepwear bottoms with seahorses. It came in my size. Originally, it was going for $36. It was reduced by 90%. My jaw immediately opened and dropped as low as it could. I looked around. I wanted to jump up and down for joy, but didn't want security to come over. What?! Did someone make a markup error? I grabbed the shorts and headed over to the cashier. Nope, it was a final price of $3.13 with tax. I immediately pulled out my cash to pay for it before someone decided to yank the carpet from under my feet. I was so thrilled with how much I saved on my purchase. I told my boyfriend about it after he had come home from training that day. He was proud of me for finding such a deal. I have shopped at this Khol's a handful of times during the many many years of it being around. Never an issue with this place except you have the check the sizes on the clothes - they never get hung up in the correct place. BUT 5 stars for the Amazon return station they just implemented. You start the return process on Amazon and they will have you print out a receipt thingy to take with you to Khol's. Walk up to the Amazon counter in the front of the store. They scan the receipt, take your product (you do not have to box it) and you are on your way. I swear for us it was like a 45 second process. Nice part is we also got a coupon to use at Khol's later on. read more

Stopped in to get some new bras. First of all, I couldn't locate them. I was trying to find someone to ask, but could not even stay in the store long enough to do that. After one lap around I was getting more and more triggered by the EXTREME scents they had going on in there, which make me ill. I don't think even if I didn't have a health issue with them that anyone would want to be assaulted with that because it was WAY overboard. I couldn't tell if it was coming from Sephora or simply being pumped through the vents, but it was the worst at the front of the store. Never, ever order something from Kohl's! I ordered a pair of shoes which I never received! I have called four times and spent over three hours trying to resolve this problem. I did nearly 20 minutes in line to get checked out and Fabiola had the nerve to call up a coworker to stand at the register ahead of time knowing that I would flip out as I approach the register she has the nerve to tell me I didn't wait in line after I stood in line. I had to ask the other people behind me to verify me being in line and she looked like a complete idiot. They have the worst service and slowest employees. Everything is outrageously over priced, then trick you with the 5$ off for Amazon return because nothing in the store is less than 5$!! Even the gummy bears that are 1.99$ they jack up to5.99$ NEVER RETURNING if fabiola is still employeed here. Train your staff better or train your HR to not hire rude employees. Shame on Kohl's! The staff at this Kohl's needs MUCH better training. When I asked an employee if I could use an empty cart she was clearly not using she growled at me when she said, "No, I'm using it!" Came here after browsing online for bathroom decor and didn't really find the colors I was looking for in store. Who would have thought burnt orange towels and toilet lid covers would be so hard to find?! The store itself was nice and clean. Not too much disorganization. I had no interactions with staff, so I can't say much about service. I like Kohl's (mainly for clothing) and think you can maximize your savings utilizing their cash back coupons. You just gotta buy the right thing. I browsed their kitchen appliances and lot of the same exact items can be found elsewhere for quite less. Unless you're good at math, don't go crazy over the cash back coupons that get you to buy something that's overpriced by $20 to use a $10 off coupon when you could have just got it somewhere else for $20 less...know what I'm sayin'. For instance, I bought a $10 Bella blender at BigLots that was $30 at Kohl's. Same one. Now $30 isn't bad, but I prefer 20s over 10s in my pocket...naaah mean? The employees at this location need more training on Kohl's Cash. After looking for something to buy (in the middle of a pandemic), I finally found some Nike socks to use my Kohls Cash on. I wasted 30 minutes looking for something. I get to the register to be turned away by the cashier. She said Kohls Cash can't be used on major brands including Nike. That is incorrect. Kohl's coupons can't be used for major brands but Kohls Cash CAN be used for Nike socks. I didn't want to argue with her so I left. But I should have went to a different register because she was wrong. Very disappointing. read more

Really poor, argumentative customer service. An entire rack of pants was mislabeled and instead of honoring the price and admitting fault, customer service became argumentative and said I should have known that the vaguely worded label was incorrect. They would not make eye contact and continued to insist that I was the one in the wrong. It's okay to make a mistake - just admit it, fix it, and move on. By digging in and arguing, they ensured that I had a needlessly stressful experience and will not be back. Kohl's overall has great, accessible hours. They are always having sales, coupons or Kohl's cash but the catch is that everything's normal price is way overpriced, like double the normal price sometimes. You have to really stack on the coupons to get it cheaper than anywhere else. This store is usually clean but sometimes the clothes are not organized and scattered everywhere. The staff are pretty friendly, never had an issue with rudeness. The parking lot is pretty big so you can always find a parking spot. The newest, best feature they have now is their app where you can scan items in the store to check prices, add coupons, and if you can't find it there, it let's you look at other store stock or buy it online! I just bought 4 pairs of pants I could not find in the store in my size with free shipping! read more

I stop by this location because it is right by my apartment. The store is clean. There is always a good variety to choose from in terms of clothes, kitchen and home goods and jewelry. If you're ever in the mood to feel bad for spending your hard-earned dollars at an establishment that will treat you like utter crap, Kohl's is THE place to go. I bought a shirt on Kohl's website and at check out was presented with the option to pick it up in store instead of shipping it. I had to run a few errands later in the evening anyway, so I figured I'd save myself the cost of shipping and just stop in and pick it up while I was out. No big deal, right? Boy, was I wrong. First of all, as soon as I walked in the store the shirt I'd ordered -- easily a dozen or so available in all -- were plainly visible on a rack near the entrance. I stopped and checked out the quality and the graphic printed on the front. Cool, it looked like the photos online and was what I wanted. I asked a cashier in the front where I could pick up my order and was directed to the back of the store. I'm not sure what the story is entirely on this, but the employee manning the customer service desk was sitting down when I sidled up to the counter. (As someone who spent MANY years working in customer service, the idea of sitting down in plain sight of customers is baffling to me.) I told her that I was in to pick up my order and gave her my order number. She curtly inquired if I had received an email notification that my order was ready to be picked up. I checked my email -- nope. No big deal, right? I mean, the shirt I ordered was, at best, 50 yards away at the front of the store, and I let her know that there were a bunch of what I ordered up at the front. This was my gravest mistake. I should have known better than to assume that just because something is available, it is under no circumstances ACTUALLY available until the employees of Kohl's have deemed it so. Never mind that the funds had already been deducted from my account and that they already had my money, or that I'd already driven across town. "Ginger" tersely informed me that they had 16 hours to fulfill an online order for store pickup. My order had not been fulfilled, therefore I could not pick up and take home the item that I had 1) Already paid for 2) Was on a rack a mere 50 yards away, simply because they "have 16 hours to fulfill online orders" and no one had yet bothered to go grab ONE SHIRT from the front of the store and bring it to the back of the store. Ginger acted as though she had no idea why I was upset. She went as far as to hassle me and make sure that I understood that they had a sacred, holy, indisputable 16 hour time frame to fulfill online orders. She did relent and call a supervisor, Brian, who finally brought the shirt back from the front of the store and made sure to inform me of the favor they were doing me because I had the audacity to stop by to pick up my order prior to their having 16 hours to grab a shirt from the front and bring it to the back. Both Ginger and Brian were absolutely horrible with regards to customer service, neither of them have a clue how to assist a customer professionally, or even politely. This should have been a simple matter of "Oh, it hasn't been fulfilled yet but since there's plenty of stock at the front we'll take care of it." It should not have been a big deal and Ginger and Brian felt that it was necessary to make it so and hassle me over ONE shirt. Truthfully I probably would've had an easier time had I just stopped in the store and purchased it then versus paying ahead of time online. Kohl's could stand to take some notes on customer service from Nordstrom, who was my next stop. I'd ordered a pair of shoes online and requested in-store pickup. I hadn't received the fulfillment notification yet either, but I gave the order number to a notably very friendly Nordstrom representative who noticed that for some reason my order had be declined, but noted that the shoes I'd ordered were pretty common (Converse All-Star low-tops) and sent someone to the stock room to grab me a pair. They all had smiles, they were all professional, and it was literally no big deal. They had the shoes, they rung me up, and that was that. Suffice to say, I have no plans to continue giving any business to Kohl's. I do not advise shopping here anyway -- the women's department was a complete and utter disaster zone, completely disorganized -- but I absolutely do not recommend opting for store pickup unless you're in the mood to for being berated for actually coming in and expecting that someone there has actually done their job. Insisting that they need 16 hours to grab an item that is in stock in the store and bring it to customer service is, frankly, embarrassing and ludicrous. read more

It's Black Friday and I'm checking out who has the best discounts around. Went to Target.....surprised there wasn't much there, checked out Gap and Banana Republic....same thing. Checkout out Kohl's... WOW!!?! Almost everything in the store is marked down to 40% OR MORE!!!! I didn't go in the early morning hours when it's crazy but I came in around 10am. I got a reed diffuser, retail price $30, sale price $10...saved 66%!! And I got this pair of memory foam pillows, retail price $60, sale price $30....saved 50%!! When I was in middle school I hated coming here for clothes, for some reason I associated it with "cheap." Fast forward a decade, I tried Kohl's again for clothing and that thought still sticks true. Most clothing items in this store just fall short and are more expensive than similar retail stores (without coupons). I will continue to steer away from Kohl's. The only goodies I find here are in the kitchen/home goods department, unfortunately this place tries to sell clothing, jewelry and accessories too. Ick! read more

Sometimes disorganized but overall a good store. Lot of "Dad" stuff and cheaper kids stuff, but considering their pricing and quality, I am sold. My job allows me to wear jeans and polos. Never buy the jeans here (I always go uppity on quality for these at like Nordstrom), but for the price, their polos here are amazing. Even the store brand has collars that rarely "curl" on you. The wife has found some cute'sy clothes here in the past but she doesn't like the fit many times. She and I do love the "home" section of the store. When using their coupons + in store discounts, you can really get some top of the line appliances and sheet sets/bath towels/ etc. Consider getting their credit card, ask for a low limit and then use their coupons about every 3-6 months to get some really great deals! read more

I just recently became a Kohl's junkie, my best friend introduced me to this store. Don't get me wrong, I knew about Kohl's and shopped there casually but my best friend really got me addicted. First you must consider it a store some what like TJ Maxx or Marshall's. It's definitely hit or miss on good finds and you must look. Go there in your comfy shoes and close and be prepared to try on several outfits. Next you have to sign up for the rewards card, they don't do the best job advertising it because most associates are too busy trying to "sell" you a credit card but you don't have to sign up for the credit card to still get rewards. YEA! You simply provide an email and phone number and can get the rewards card plus you get a 10% discount when you sign up. Then for every $100 you spend at Kohl's you get $5 back in rewards coupon. I find this so awesome, considering most rewards I get from other stores is only connected with a credit card. The other thing my best friend had to explain to me because I just ignored them were the "Kohl's Cash." In the past when I got these, I always let them expire but now I realize they are just as good as money. If you follow the sales, sign up for rewards, sign up for emails for extra discounts plus use the Kohl's cash you can get quite the bargain. In fact, you can get almost a steal. For instance, today I had $40 in Kohl's cash that was about to expire plus a $10 off coupon and a $35 store credit. With all of that I only spent $25 on a new comforter set, shower curtain, and some kitchen towels. How is that possible? I always joke that with all the discounts and coupons Kohl's is practically giving away items. The reason they only got 3 stars from me is because there customer service is just okay. You really need to be a self-sufficient shopper and know how to navigate the coupons, rewards program etc because there aren't too many employees that will take the time to explain it to you or help you save with all the coupons. Also, the store isn't exactly always stocked or clean. It seems as if they are always low on staff. But if you know that you are going for a great bargain on some items that are better quality then other discount stores then you will enjoy your experience. If you ever have any problems (which I doubt you will) and need to speak to a manager; ask for Michelle or Haley. Two of the best people I've ever met. I've been to this Kohls about a half a dozen times now. Enough times to get a good feel for it. This store is generally well stocked and well organized. The aisles are clear and clutter free and the dressing rooms are not so full of unwanted items that you can't even shut the door to try something on. There is ample parking on both sides of the store which makes it easy to park outside the door nearest to the department you need to get to so you can get in and out fast. The last time I was here I was using an electronic gift card sent to me in my email. They were patient while I scrolled though my e-mails to get the appropriate information for me. I suggest you sign up for e-mails from Kohls so you always know when a sale is. I try to plan my trips around the 20% off or Kohls cash days for additional savings. read more

Selection is decent, management and customer service suck. I went in tonight and perused the Clearance racks. I discovered a chair marked down for 5.99. I took it to the register and it rang up for 59.99. I told the cashier that it rang up wrong and asked her to double check the sticker and was told that that sticker must have been printed incorrectly. I asked for the manager. The manager, Lacie (sp?), was extremely rude and pretty much accused me of switching the sticker with another item. She rudely said that "this isn't even the sticker that belongs on this item." When I tried to explain that this was not my fault, she told me there was nothing that she could do. Whatever happened to the customer always been right? Or at least not accusing the customer of cheating you because you can't properly label your clearance items. I won't be returning here. read more

Men's section looked like a tornado touched down in the middle. Not sure why dress shirts have to be opened. Neck and sleeve sizes are right on the package guys! This location of Kohls was clean and had an alright selection. I am just not the biggest fan of the 'style' of clothes here. However, I ran in for an interview shirt. I got what I was looking for and it seems that they were having a gigantic clearance sale. I got my shirt for $12 and I was happy. Try to avoid this place, the LP are rude and stalk you. I waled in looking for a makeup brand I found they don't carry. No big deal. I shopped around and when I left I was flanked like a water buffalo and drug back inside. Apparently they decided I had stolen good. The claimed they had followed me around and since I didn't buy anything that I must have stolen it. They searched my purse, had me remove clothing, refused me access to my phone and took what they considered shoplifting tools from my purse. (My name tag from work??) At one point I saw they had a list of every item I had looked at since I walked in. They were STALKING me with no evidence around the store. I also suspect they have cameras or one way glass in the dressing rooms as they refused to show me any footage. The cops were called because they said I was still concealing items. They also claimed the ring I was wearing (a ring I have had for years) was one out of a box on the shelf. They threatened me till I gave it up and they STILL sent me to jail! I got the 'bill' for what the claim I stole. $224!!! And if I don't pay it they will send me back to jail! read more

Horrible customer service. They required I supply my drivers license in order to charge to my account since I forgot my Kohl's charge card. It was no problem, but they kept my drivers license. I couldn't make it back for 2 days to pick up my DL and when I returned they couldn't find it. The manager was very flippant so was the customer service rep. They had 2 great cashiers who attempted to help me, but their leadership is deplorable! I returned the $230 worth of products I bought there because I won't support a location that sucks this bad!!!!!!!!!! I've submitted a BBBS complaint and have been making every attempt to call them to no avail. read more
